The kindness. The compassion. The grace. The empathy. The love.I can not express how wonderful the entire staff was to me. No matter who I spoke to, I was treated with respect by an absolout professional.I called about my senior dachshund mix needing to be put to sleep. They cared for him like he was their own pet. They went above and beyond to make the process as painless as it could be, which is quite the feat, considering he was my best friend for his entire life. Every painful step was cushioned by love and kindness. I can not tell you how big of a difference that made in this traumatic process. I miss him with all my heart, body, and soul. I ache to see him again. But when the tears stop for a minute, I am filled with gratitude for the grace that was shown to me and for every single person who loved Cujo as much as I did. God bless you all.

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful care you gave my baby since we moved here. I can’t express how grateful I am for the care and compassion everyone has given Alyssa for almost 2 years. Right until the end today. Rip baby girl. I will miss you so much.

Lookin for a Top Notch Vet??? - Look no Further!! Dr. Shannon and Crew are by far the best Veterinary Service in ALL of Southwest Ga.Customer Service is Top Notch and the Prices are very competitive for their Services.They took very good care of our Lucy during Her stay there yesterday...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

I love my small town Veterinary office! Leesburg Animal Hospital is wonderful! The place is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very kind! I know my pets are in good hands with Dr. Shannon Shepard and Dr. Alli Reid!

They have listed on their website that they do indigent care. THEY DON'T! They don't take payments either. The only choice I had was to surrender my dog to them for care; now they want $2000 to get my dog back. Charging $150 per day for boarding until she got better, on top of her medical treatment.I posted the above on Tuesday, September 12th, 2024. Today, Friday, 9-15-24, I called to visit my dog and was told that they have sold her. For the amount of her treatment. I don't know many people that would pay $2000 for a dog they don't know.My main objection is they claim someone bought her on Tuesday. The 12th.They never did contact me as they said they were going to not did they contact me to inform me that she was being sold, as they said they would from the very first day! I will, obviously, not be using this Vet again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We have taken all of our dogs, past and present, to Leesburg Animal Hospital. They do a great job. We just had all 3 dogs teeth cleaned and nails trimmed. They even rounded them to get rid of the sharp edges. Will continue to use Dr. Shannon and her staff.

My family brought home a beautiful Husky puppy on a Saturday. As usual, we had 48 hours to get our puppy checked out by a vet. We took our puppy to Philema Animal Hospital the next Monday as a walk-in patient. We were seen quickly, and we were provided amazing service by Ally and Dr. Fowler. I highly recommend Philema Animal Hospital, and my family will exclusively use this vet business to keep our 2 cats and 4 dogs healthy.

Amazing staff! We needed an appointment quickly to update our dog’s vaccines so she could be boarded. They were able to fit us in quickly and provided wonderful care. Friendly, professional, and efficient staff! Very affordable for all the services we received. We are new to the area and have been worried about snake bites. Dr. Shepherd gave our pup a rattlesnake vaccine and helpful information on what to do if that occurs. Grateful to have our pup established with Leesburg Animal Hospital!
