I’ve bought several rugs from Katz. And they replaced a carpeted floor in our den with hardwood that matches the other hardwood areas in our home. The Katz family is wonderful so work with and they do a great job.

My family and I bought a rug from Katz Floorcovering Inc. Design Center and had an amazing experience with them. We had been searching the web for a specific rug that they luckily had. We live in California so we had it shipped and boy did they package the rug up very neatly, safely, and securely. We are very impressed with their professionalism. Brittney answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly and worked so hard to make sure our rug arrived in perfect condition. Sarah Katz also helped us and was very sweet, professional, and helpful. I recommend you choose Katz Floorcovering Inc. Center. My husband and I reached out to Katz after we heard amazing reviews from others. We visited the store with a few samples that we had in mind. The Katz family was patient and very helpful as we made our selection. We decided to have our entire house re-floored, & it was the best decision we could’ve made. They managed to keep our home “livable” for us as they moved from room to room, tearing out our old flooring and replacing it with the Mannington luxury vinyl plank we had selected. They provided us with tips on keeping our valuable Knick-knacks and pictures safe by storing them in the tub. (Who would’ve thought?!) Their team also re-installed fresh, new quarter-round around our entire house, even painstakingly matching the stain to our existing trim. It was worth every penny, & my family and I look forward to enjoying these floors for years to come.

Katz is an amazing place to do business. We recently had our floors replaced and they did such an incredible job. Chuck Katz and his family helped me determine which floor was best for me and worked throughout the experience to make sure I was a happy customer. I can't say enough about Katz Floor Covering; they offer exceptional service, great flooring options and they are just all around great people.We had an experience at another flooring company in Albany that didn't go so well. When I started asking about doing some of the work myself and buying the materials from them, they suddenly became very rude and unprofessional.So, we went to Katz instead. They were more than happy to let us do any amount of the work we wanted. They have continued to give us great advice and support on how to install vinyl planks, shower and floor tile, and even how to reconstruct damaged sub-flooring that we discovered in our bath room during renovations.Chuck, Sara, Matt, and Charlene have been nothing short of amazing.
