They would not give an elderly person her meds because they all go to lunch at the same time. It's disgusting. Why can't they split lunches and stay there to give people the meds they need? This is not ok CVS y'all need to do something

I never been so missed treated i used to love this store but not anymore employee Riley was nothing but plan rude to me abd to the older lady that was waiting at the register. Talking to both of us like we were stupid and she really didn't want to ring us up .I will never shop again. Lost my business. Riley needs to be fired she has poor people skills .

Clean, well stocked, easy cash out. Just wish the rewards you have on the system would automatically be used during checkout because I never have them with me.

It’s disappointing when you aren’t given the customer service that is deserving. There is only two people in the pharmacy that is willing to assist whenever I’m in there. The others just stand around looking at you but don’t speak or say anything! People need to understand that treating people with a courteous attitude will make a person feel more valued

The pharmacist on duty on July 4, 2023 was rude. I understand why CVS can't keep a pharmacist if they are all as rude & non caring as she is. I could tell she's a clock watcher! This day may have been a holiday but she signed on for this when she became a so called "pharmacist."

I moved to Lee county and had to change my location pharmacy. Thinking that the service would be better but it’s not . There’s no customer service . Went in on 6/21/23 to get my meds that I got a notice it was ready . I noticed there was only one person waiting. I was barley acknowledged no one at the drive thru . I’m waiting then someone pulls up to the drive thru they got waited on before I did . I am so frustrated with the cvs pharmacy. I’m willing to drive a distant to get better customer service. I know this want change anything but I had to say something .

This is my go-to CVS. They are super nice, helpful, and can always answer my questions. The pharmacists are all really spectacular and the pharm techs are too. Thanks so much, CVS in Leesburg. Y'all are the best!
