I found the item I went in for . But I had to call out twice to get a clerk to check me out. They were in the back and I could've walked out with the store if I wasn't an honest person.

Prompt service with a smile. Purchased new battery @ decent price with good warranty and they even installed it with no additional charge. They also have an excellent tool loaner program.

Honestly I refuse to shop here because of a lack of knowledge and common sense by the staff not bust most was given the wrong parts 3 times. Better off ordering off Amazon aside from an oil change just verify your filter number before leaving
