Paid for full service oil change and they didn't even refill my washer fluid but checked as done on checklist. Nothing on service checklist was done. Nothing full service about the oil change! Was told engine flush service I purchased needed to run for 10 min and only done for 4 min, even after I questioned it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!Service: Oil change

Friday 7/28/23 I went in to get my fluids topped off and there was this young gentleman accompanied by this other gentleman named Frank the younger gentleman topped off my fluids while the other gentleman Frank was checking the air pressure in all my tires and literally saved me and my friends life!! We had recently just got our tires serviced but Mr. Frank noticed that they had entirely too much air in my RR tire. He and the younger gentleman both said that they was surprised that it had not blown out yet!! I was so thankful for Mr. Frank’s expertise on this subject matter and felt like he has saved me from having a terrible accident on the highway.. Again thanks for the excellent job that Mr. Frank and the young gentleman did for me that day!! All tires are a go now!! These two employees are some of the best around because they care about the job they do!! Excellent service I will be back on Wednesday for a complete oil change!! Once again thanks!!..?
