I recently purchased an outdoor solar light - it did not work. I texted Eddie asking if it could be replaced; he replied “all sales are final”. There was no willingness to correct the problem, neither offer a refund. The micro message is they will take your money and not offer a solution to poor quality products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE - THEY DO NOT HONOR ETHICS and if they do not offer a refund, they do NOT stand behind a quality product. Worthless!

Awful customer service. Staff wasn’t friendly, rushed my experience and didn’t offer help after my purchase. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be back to this establishment.

Told me they had 3 of the products I wanted, I drove 40 mins there and they did not have any of the 3 furniture I was told they had. Extremely rude and did not seem to care. Was very sarcastic and rude responses and kept grabbing my phone out of my hand to look at photos of the items they said they had. They have a piece of paper on the wall of the letters associated with the beds they had and it was not in there. All they had to do was get their lazy self up to look at a sheet of paper to let me know if they had them but instead they lied .DONT SHOP HERE

I went into this store 3 times today looking for a desk for my home office. Not helpful at all. Lady working the floor today was too busy to help as she never looked up from her cell phone.

Bought a 400.00 mail return pallet and it was a scam. All garbage stuffed inside boxes. Fake shipping labels. They put together furniture there and sell so a lot of my boxes contained screws and single pieces of wood. Total big scam and I was taken for 400.00. I’m going to investigate into these fake return addresses and contact people if they exist and prove the scam and get a lawyer and get them shut down

Went there and bought a cat tree. The guy said it was all there, and it was good. Got it home, and it's broken and missing pieces. Don't trust this business they scam and lie or check whatever you buy if it in a box before you pay and leave because you can not go off of their word. Plus, it is all amazon returns, mostly so it's used and / or messed up since it had been returned.

Customer service was good, Michelle was awesome, I called her the very next day after purchasing a massage chair that was defective and she said come back so we can check it out and realized it was defective, she gave me nothing but excellent customer service and replaced my chair. I gave 4 stars because her employers did not shrink wrap my chair knowing it was raining and I had an over an hour for home. They handed me plastic and the shrink wrap to do myself. Plastic flew off and chair got all wet up but it was leather and im home enjoying my chair.
