Jesus and Shaye always treat me like family. They have the best selection hands down and always know how to make me end up spending more that what I expected. ? Their product knowledge is impressive and they both loves to show off the new stuff that’s flying off the shelves. I only go in during the night shift cuz I know that’s when they will be in to take care of me.

This is one of my favorite Xhale’s along with the Loganville shop! Shaye is always there with a friendly smile and knows exactly what I need before I even walk in. Jesus also makes great recommendations for me to try with their Kadobars ?

I Came into the store tonight with my girlfriend to grab her a new vape, My lady thoroughly read all the vape flavors and then asked for the flavor she wanted. The girl behind the counter with the raincloud on her face proceeds to tell her that the vape flavor we Are literally staring at was one they didn’t have currently. We were then a bit confused and asked “isn’t it right there?”, no response… my lady then looked at the guy behind the counter engulfed in his phone and pointed at the flavor and said “did I read that wrong?”, he must not have heard me because yet again no response. She then looked at me, still confused, and said “isn’t strawberry ice the light blue and pink one?” I confirmed that it was and the lady still just claimed they didn’t have that flavor, mind you she never even looked which is probably why she didn’t know it was right there! My lady finally gave in and said “I guess I’ll take the kiwi berry ice, sorry I thought that the strawberry ice was literally that pink and light blue one right there that says strawberry ice” she just quickly says “no worries” and walks to the register. I honestly just stood there for a second and stared at my lady who was also as confused as me…. But clearly this didn’t phase her as she just called out the total from the register. Which honestly was Completely rude, frustrating, and genuinely left me wondering how the heck she couldn’t see what was literally right there in front of her face. I should have just walked out and not even got a vape. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this location, the ladies at the Duluth location ( which we’ve been there a few times) are so attentive, sweet, wonderful, and will definitely our business from now on. At least I know we won’t be treated this way at the Duluth location.

I bought a brand new hookah from them for the hookah to be broken. When I took it back with my receipt they advised they dont dp refunds or store credit. At least could of replaced the broken part. This hoookah was $65. Person worked there act as if it was not their problem. Told me to come back Tuesday to speak with a manager. Its Sunday. Please do not waste your time. Other smoke shops down the street. $65 down the strain!

This is my husband’s store, mine is Smoke 7. I like going to this spot because the staff is ALWAYS attentive, ALWAYS answering questions & giving knowledge & suggestions about items that are new to me. NEVER had an issue EVER with any product, why? Because we evaluate products BEFORE we leave the store ?(some of these reviews apparently NEVER heard of common sense) anyways…. Thank you for the YEARS of service & here’s to many more #HappyXhaleCityAdventures

Do yourself a favor and drive extra distance to a different location. On multiple occasions I have called to confirm they have the product I’m looking for, due to the recent supply shortages. They tell me they have it in stock then I make the drive, only to find they don’t have any that I asked about. The service is horrible, they clearly are fine with lying to get people in store and don’t even offer any assistance. They leave “gone to bathroom, back in 10” sign on their door while you can see them clearly leaning over the counter on their phone. I love xhale city and the Tucker location is AMAZING however when out of stock this is the next closest. Also, interesting to me they only seem to respond to 5 star “positive” reviews. This is not how you to respectable business. What a joke.

I’ve had great experiences with other locations but this was not one of them. The guy ‘helping’ me was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know much about the products and didn’t want want to help me at all.

This use to be my go to smoke store, however the employees usually have an attitude. Managers have been cool, but employees could use some training in customer service.

The staff is very helpful. I've been twice and I'll be back. The store is clean, well stocked and has a good selection/variety. Prices are decent, better if you get their points program.
