I loved shopping at Wendy's Home Furniture. The customer service was beyond compare. From the moment you call or walk into the store, you feel that personalized service. I would recommend this store to anyone purchasing furniture as the quality is first class.

The owner here is very professional, shes knows what customers are looking for and understand their needs. She got a young sense of design and trend, and will show you what exactly you want. You ask for more concept and design, she will show you some magazines and you can order anything in those books.
Strongly recommend.

Not much of a selection and some of the items can be found next door at Big Lots (comparable, not exact). There are several other furniture stores within driving distance where you can get a better deal.

Wendy is a stellar business woman and it was pure luck that I found her. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I got my order and was very accommodating after my last experience somewhere else (which I won’t name). The delivery was quick and seamless and arrived earlier than expected (by a whole week) and they came right in the delivery window on time. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more furniture from her, actually doing this while I write this, Go here, I promise you won’t regret it!! Thank you Wendy! You are amazing! God bless

The staff at Wendy's furniture have always gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture.They are always so nice, helpful, patient, and communicate well when new products come in.They have helped us find the best options available for the best pricing!Ive bought several items from them over the years, referred many friends and will continue to use them moving forward!!!Very happy w them!

We definitely recommend this place. From the very beginning to the moment our furniture arrived the service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. They kept us informed with every step. The furniture was also delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new furniture and we will be back for our next furniture needs simply because we were so impressed by their customer service.

If I could put 0 stars I would, My recent visit to Wendy's Furniture left me incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with their products and service. Upon placing an order for a specific set of furniture, I eagerly awaited its arrival, only to be met with a complete mismatch of items. The pieces they delivered were not even close to what I had chosen, and it was evident that they had made a serious mistake in their handling of my order. To make matters worse, the furniture we received was in appalling condition. It was evident that the pieces had been mishandled and poorly packaged during transit. Numerous scratches, dents, and even some broken parts were apparent on the furniture. It was heartbreaking to see the damage on the furniture that I had envisioned using to beautify my home. When we contacted Wendy's Furniture to address the issue, their customer service was far from helpful. They were dismissive of our concerns and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of offering a prompt resolution, they seemed uninterested and failed to acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused.Dealing with the wrong furniture and broken pieces from Wendy's Furniture was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence and lack of professionalism from a store that claims to provide quality products and service. I would strongly caution anyone against shopping at Wendy's Furniture. The stress, frustration, and disappointment I experienced were not worth the trouble. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and reputable furniture store to make your purchases.Edit: They claim to never “dismiss” they’re customers don’t believe a word they say all they do is steal your money and lie. I recently called Wendy's to order a piece of furniture for my father who lives in a Memory Care facility nearby (I'm out of state) and the service I received was so wonderful. They made an out of state purchase with delivery to my dad's facility so easy. From the start to finish they kept me informed of the order, delivery and set up.
