I ordered euros from here. They called me during a meeting and asked me to call back. I have called 50 times since yesterday. They do not answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and egregious for a bank.

They mite get alot of business compared to all the other well fargos in the area. But they have the best customer service. They always have at least two tellers who are always nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this well fargo

this branch does not answer phones, no not because they busy,i've been callingMonday , through Friday, every almost hr starting 9am and they never answered any of the calls, no other explanation but ignoring calls, i literally called the whole week almost every hr of the day EVERY DAMN HR

Very poor customer service and lack of compassion. Walked in at 4:15. All of the bankers were sitting down talking and playing on the phones and talking abouta previous client..I decided to go up to the counter and wait. Waited for 10-15 minutes for them to say I need to see a banker. The teller tried getting their attention but they were too busy talking. I Had to Wait 5 minutes and stephen approached me.Stephen was beyond rude and lacks compassion.Told me that I need an appt bc they close at 5.I told him that my dad was on hospice and I could not wait for an appointment and that it was only 4:30. He refused to help me .If they would have been doing their job they would have seen me walk in with plenty of time.he was too busy gossiping about a client who didnt haven an appt but said he still helped her. So unprofessional. Never had this experience at any other bank. Wells fargo needs to raise their standards and fire some of these lazy employees. I was in complete shock that I arrived almost 45 minutes early and they would not see me. Save yourself and use another company or arrive 2 hours early to get service. Stephen want to be done at least 1 hour before or he wont help you. Hopefully the manager can enforce type of policy where they're not just sitting on their phones

Blandy is excellent she was all smiles even if we had a toddler and extra questions. She handled multiple requests in a professional and caring manner. The gatekeeper was quite impressive too she gave everyone options of where to go if they didn’t make an appointment. Excellent overall bank. My teller took my deposit well too?

Poor communication. Waited 30 minutes to get documents notarized after mobile check in. Was timely greeted and told that I was next in line. Only for another lady to come out of office an apologize for not seeing me. All to be skipped by another customer that who sat down for 30 secs. However as I walked out the associate that greeted me apologized as it was clearly not her choice. She was just doing what seem to be what she was told. Sadly it's the closest branch that always seem a disorganized.

HORRIBLE wait times and customer service. Standing in line for 30 mins when there’s two bankers behind the desks and only one is actually helping customers while the other just counts money and watches the line get longer. I’ve never had an issue with Wells Fargo but this location is terrible. Clearly need some training on customer service. No one should wait this long for a simple transaction smh. Hate it for anyone in the drive through, just cut your car off and don’t waste the gas money. These people don’t care.
