I'm giving 1 star because I can't put -5 , people at this one in Lawrenceville are really lazy, I made 3 times an appointment, I came 20 minutes later and they where not doing nothing, just sitting, when I request I wanted to open an account they said that I came late, sometimes I come on time to other appointments and they made me wait till they finish with the costumer before me up to 30 minutes, and I never said nothing, and the manager is really rude and also started to scream and doesn't allow me to talk, like over talking when I tried to said something, I'm a costumer of wells fargo since 2019 and all my money goes there, this is not a manager, his name is Angel Carbajal, I request his name because he doesn't have costumer service, I'll never be like that to a costumer, a manager is there to serve and solve, not to scream to costumers and talk to them with a hypocrisy tone of voice, no professional and also nothing of education.

Wow, WF have to ask WTH here. I was a First Union customer. Then Wachovia. Then WF. Account holder since 94. Looking for a WF branch near 316 and Lawrenceville to meet a car seller and transfer funds for a vehicle. You have 9 1 star reviews and 1 2 star review in 2 years OUT OF ELEVEN reviews. This is absolutely astonishing. How is this possible? I am having such a bad experience reading your reviews that I can not walk into a branch of bank for which I have been a customer for 30 years to do a simple transfer. Will go elsewhere just based on this. No excuses; do better or close the branch.

If you are looking for a new account I would not suggest that you get it with this bank because if anything goes wrong they never answer the phone on weekdays and they do not have a 24-hour number for the weekends ,you will be out of luck

My recent experience at Wells Fargo was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment in advance, expecting a smooth and efficient visit, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.Upon arrival, I was kept waiting for an extended period, even though I had made the effort to set up an appointment. This lack of respect for my time was already off-putting.To make matters worse, when I finally met with a staff member named Carlos, he asked me to print certain documents that he could have easily accessed online through their system. It was clear that he was trying to avoid doing any extra work, and this unnecessary insistence on printed documents was infuriating. What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that nobody from the branch had bothered to call me ahead of time to request that I bring printed LLC documents. Basic communication and courtesy were lacking throughout the entire process.Overall, my visit to this Wells Fargo branch was a nightmare, marked by poor customer service, disorganization, and a complete disregard for my time and convenience. I left feeling deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided.

This branch is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch in the area. You need an appointment for anything and everything with this one even for a simple wire… they are very slow and can’t even help count deposits. Avoid at all cost.

This is the worst excuse for a bank that I have ever been to! Will never go there again! Wells Fargo should be ashamed to call this third branch!

The lack of customer service here at this location made me close 5 accounts today. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again. The disrespect from staff and manager at this locatin will only lead to more customers taking their bank needs somewhere else. Wells Fargo as a company should really step in but considering the amount of 1 start reviews on here for the exact same thing just shows you that they don't care about the customer at all. Other banks seem to get it batter than Wells Fargo. No customers means no money coming in, no money coming in, no money to pay your employees. Not only that, but no money coming in means less money to loan out to make money along with less loans means Wells Fargo goes Bye Bye. Man I hope I am a live to see this happen.

Went in to buy a money order. Waited in line and they issued the money order, put it in my hand and then when I went to pay them, they took it right back because I was not a member!!! Very rude and poor customer service. And guess what, now I never will be a member if that is how you treat people!!

I am surprised at the negative reviews belowAs far as today, 2/3/22, I was impressed with so many great employees going out of their ways and having great attitude and how well run the place is. My first pleasant bank experience.Thank you Angel for not only doing his job but noticing my birthday was wrong and fixing it with great attitude. And I also saw Darlene helping a client who had language barrier but being very patient. She didn’t even help me but I felt like she deserved a praise.

Your negligence and deception has lead to my mother in law not being able to get her life saving medication or funds to move to a location that would help her after my wife & mother of 4 repeatedly drove from Douglasville to Lawerenceville & went there with her mother asking for help while explaining in detail that her mother was suffering with dementia. I plan to do EVERYTHING i can, stopping at no obstacle to see karma reigns supreme. An only child kissed her mother goodbye because of your customer service practices. And I’m not happy at all. We made final arrangements today that could’ve been avoided by your branch over funds for meds you kept away. A woman lost her life because of you. I don’t think Wells Fargo (who I told my wife who’s a current account holder with) cares to really help their customers. This pic are direct results of your inability to help or worse even care to help. Thanks Google. Know the character of the branch before you go to this location. Not customers friendly at all.
