Can you PLEASE clean up that furniture at the parking lot entrance and place a huge sign letting people know there's NO DUMPING ALLOWED AND THEY WILL BE PROSECUTED IF CAUGHT!! It looks a mess and it's been like that for weeks. I'll be contacting HQ.

I know it's their plan but it's harder than pulling hen's teeth to find what you're looking for. The store is clean and bright so I gave it one star. It really pissed me off watching people leaving the store. I was sitting on a bench observing and they only checked receipts on white customers. Also I watched the assisted checkout bypassing the scanner on items for certain people. Maybe it's reparations? I'm sure if they looked at security footage they would see it. Basically, screw this location. Target might be better.

I ordered on the app for a vehicle pick up and I had to go to the store to get my order after waiting a hour. They forgot a vehicle coolant I had ordered and I was told to go inside the store and pick it out myself.

I have not had major issues going inside the store other than they are usually out of a lot of things BUT the grocery pickup here has to be the worst I have ever experienced!! You check in like you're supposed to and get there and note your parking spot and notice at least 10-15 other cars already waiting and absolutely NO activity at all! No one is bringing out anyone's groceries. Customers are angry and my husband had to go inside the store to get a manager to even get anything brought out! I have given this store multiple chances but that was the absolute last one! And on top of that no one answers the phone on any number you call, so you can't even speak to management to get any assistance. Do yourself a favor and find another Walmart!

The staff at this Walmart is lousy. They are extremely lazy to work with. I had a lot of trouble picking up my groceries on curbside and they never answer the phone. So many people wanting to get a job and be productive can't do it and these employee's leave a lot to say.

Shame on me for giving this Walmart additional tries. They don't offer you the ability to reject your substitutions, they simply substitute and your stuck with it. They won't accept the item back when you pick up, they tell you to start a refund at customer service. They have cancelled my order twice and yesterday we never got a notification that our order was ready for pick up. We called 4 hours after our pick up time and was told that the system shut down and we will need to pick up tomorrow. Went today to pick up and was told that those orders were returned to the shelves and we will receive a refund. No notification. Nothing regarding information about our pick up order. What a waste of time. A little communication goes along way, but this store lacks professionalism. At the time of this review, we have still not received our refund nor a notification stating the incident that transcribed that warrants our refund. The app still shows our order is ready for pick up. :/.

I'm being generous to give this place a 2. Where do I begin? It's 40 degrees outside and these people have the AC going. It's colder in the store than outside. The lock on the men's bathroom stall has been broken for over 6 months. People are walking in on you as do number two. Most of the time the carts are being left outside and a lot of them are in disrepair. The shelves are like Old Mother Hubbard's Cupboard... they're bare! There was this small Hispanic girl working in the clothing department. I said, "excuse me, could you help me" and she acts like you assaulted her. She's been there for years and is the most unfriendly witch in the retail industry. I hate to ask her anything. Empty shelves, cold store during the winter, unfriendly workers, and the Direct TV people are always wanting to "ask you a quick question." Shop elsewhere.

Deseree at the customer service desk was more concerned about her break than helping people that have been standing in line waiting for quite some time. I needed to return an item that I bought online and already had the ereceipt pulled up on my phone, but this process took longer than it should. Employees are not very courteous or helpful at this store compared to others.

This Walmart was recently updated, so it is clean & well-maintained. Staff is nice when I entered & one staff member had a full-blown conversation as zi waited for my pick up item. Parking lot is a HOT MESS! Please be careful!! This is a busy store (aren't the all)!!!! The lot is oddly shapped, so be careful of children, shoppers & other cars as you drive through!! Do not go back to the electronics counter for exchanges or returns. I should have known, but thought with an expensive item I should start there... they sent me to the main desk. LONG line- Christmas season! Expected!! Service desk staff were friendly & helpful!!!

Simply wanted to send money with the Walmart to Walmart!! The last thing I want to do is to wait in line for over an hour to simply send a small amount of money, after a eight plus hour work day. Oh and of course only one person working at the counter!!! Ridiculous

I made a purchase of $ 15 but loss the bill and at the door they made me feel like a thief ... they have cameras on the roof, on the floor, people checking and it took me half an hour to give me a new receipt, after I personally looked for the manager ... because the other employees had no idea what to do and I was going to be robbed by them.

One if the worse Wal-Mart I've ever been to. One fourth of the store had nothing. Like they cowering for something and all empty shelves. No one was stocking anything. The things unusually want and lol for were not there. I know every store is different I can say, not for me. I haven't been to this particular Wal-Mart in years. Plus now, I try to avoid Wal-Mart at all cost. The main reason I stopped by today was because I had time to kill before going to class. Next time, I have a lot of time, I'll just sit in the food hall at school and play with my phone. 200/2019

Its just like most other Walmart's. Average customer service during the day, understaffed at night especially around holidays. But something I bought definitely alarmed me, very good possibility that we have a ice cream licking copycat tampering with food right here in Lawrenceville. I bought an ice cream at this Walmart and it was literally as pictured when I got home and opened it. The container even appeared to be sealed when I bought it last night, I saw what had happened to the contents, honestly, I just got disgusted and threw it away. It's not the fault of anyone who works there or anybody in corporate/management, but there needs to be some sort of policy implemented for dealing with idiots who like to contaminate food and potentially get someone else sick.

Normally comes to this store to buy lunch exclusively but since two days ago they started to serve much much less than they used to, so I asked why and the girl told me that it was an instruction from the manager.
