Today, I went into pharmacy for my annual flu vaccine. The east Indian pharmacist couldn’t have been more rude.After explaining why I was there she walked away without a word. She went to a computer and began typing. Then, after 5 minutes, with out looking up said asked me “what’s your name?” I told her my name. She said we are not in the computer.After I said we are new to town, called earlier and was told to just walk-in, she ignored my statement. She she was just too busy for any “walk-ins” and had people scheduled back to back the remainder of the day.I hindsight I was glad pharmacist didn’t have time. She seemed to care little about my health and wellbeing. Instead she centered herself and her problems with little concern about anything or anyone other than herself.I felt compelled to leave my first ever negative review for Walgreens - one of my favorite stores in the world. The off putting behavior needs to change.Sincerely,MM

I’ve been a loyal 10+ year customer here. I am feeling really sick and just want to go home and sleep. The pharmacy texted me my prescription is ready. I immediately went in line at the drive through. The woman stuck a closed sign in my face. This is the worst thing you could possibly do to me right now.
I get some lip service when calling to complain and still no prescription until they open later in the day. I will never, ever step foot in this store again.
Now I have to sleep in my car and wait at the pharmacy across the street.
UPDATE.
They refused to give me my prescription form back and refused to transfer it. I cannot speak in words how disappointed I am with this company.

I stopped by with a Saks return that I had a QR code for. I was told I needed to have the label already on the box. I showed the man that the return literally says "No need for a label." He still told me that it's only for "certain locations." It specifically asked me to return it to this location. There is no some locations do and some don't. Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service! They are dishonest and give you the wrong product. My mom ordered vinyl photo for my baby birthday and they gave me paper. Because my mom called them to replace it and I was out to work away from the original paper which I live 15 miles away they waste my time and gas. I asked for a discount and they refused when it’s their mistake to print on the wrong type of product. They told me to bring the paper back to swap. I told them I’ll just repay for the one I originally paid for and bring the paper back another time then they can refund me then. What type of horrible customer service they have. Seems the manage is incompetent. I’ll never shop here again. It’s the most ghetto Walgreen in the area, poorly lit and unsafe with people hanging out in the back near the pharmacy making me uncomfortable.

Love this walgreens. Everyone is so nice. They greet you. Real customer service. The pharmacy is amazing. They are under staffed but absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the wait.

This review is in reference to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 2365 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA. I have been using this Walgreens for many years...almost 19. It has always been wonderful. Unfortunately, in recent months, there is someone in the pharmacy who, in my opinion, is very condescending. There appears to be no patience and all that seems to matter is what is most convenient for them. The customer's preferences are discounted. Sadly, I will have to move to another Walgreens and hope for better customer service. I really like that Walgreens pharmacies are networked throughout the country, making it easy to fill a prescription when traveling out of state.

Pharmacy does not inform you that your medications aren't in stock. They just do not fill it and wait for you to call to check. Had to call about my 1 year olds breathing treatments and steroids for them to blow it off that they didn't have it or didn't communicate. Very disappointing since this has been my primary pharmacy for years. Will be switching ASAP as it has gone downhill in the last 5 years.

Wow! I was just randomly reading reviews from this, my pharmacy, through the years. My experiences here have always been positive 98% of the time. The store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff has sometimes gone out of their way to be helpful, especially in the pharmacy. Perhaps I go on the good day ?

We went in for FedEx drop off… there were employees standing and looking at us like we are fools just waiting near counter, we pressed on the help me button on the counter, seemed to be a very young girl, she snapped one on the small advertisement board on the counter literally the board flew and she stopped the buzzer. Next incident she didn’t even ask what is it about she dragged my package that was over the counter scanned and threw it in the place where to needs to be kept. Next thing she gave me the device to enter the number. I mean just why it’s okay if you don’t talk or ask questions but be nice to customers. Snapping the board that like was really hurtful respect other humans. She was too young to be that rude. We stood their silently thinking what did just happened. I wouldn’t have posted this review here, But I hope some day the girl reads this comment and understand that she unnecessarily hurt someone for no reason. You never know what one has been going through and it’s completely free of cost to be kind at least don’t be rude if you can’t afford to be kind. You just made someone’s day even worse by being rude.
