This cashier saw me waiting in line for 5mins and she is still talking to the costumer about personal stuff remind you they are not inline at all and then she made me wait another 10mins. She sucks

I so wish I would have got his name some manager a white man who obviously has a walking disorder complaining about service that Walgreens offers because he had to walk after being called to the front very rude and mean I will be taking taking this further with higher management

Feeling very ill, I tried to get a Covid test done here. I scheduled it through the Walgreens app, provided all my medical insurance details etc. When I got to the drive thru window, they were not prepared for my appointment, 30 minutes later they still could not do my test as they were struggling to use their new billing system. They asked me to leave, said they would call me later. Very incompetent service, don't use this place for a Covid test, especially if you aren't feeling well. It is not quick and easy.

i mean the store is dirty for one. I went to get a Covid shot here in the area where they give you the shot has trash on the ground including bandage wrappers, and it's dark dingy. They won't give you a Covid shot without getting an appointment. That seems reasonable enough for record purposes, but they make you wait even if it's 45 minutes from now and there's no one in line waiting to get a Covid shot, which makes no sense. By the time it was my turn, at my appointment time, they were behind because they made me wait 30 minutes when there was no one there. My Covid shot was at 4:30p, I didn't get out of there till five 520 pm. The Covid shot is free. Ladies there are not mean and they're super nice but the system makes no sense. Everyone there is very nice but my thoughts are if someone's waiting for a Covid shot just go ahead and give it to them if no one else is there. I know they have people coming in and out constantly but when I arrived there was absolutely no one there. That's just my opinion. these large corporations have their own system running things. otherwise it's just your normal walgreens

Wow! If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for the covid booster. Ended up leaving without receiving it because the lack luster staff at the pharmacy. Stay away from this place. Incompetence at its best

I made an appt to have a vaccine there at 9:30 this morning. I printed and took the confirmation to the pharmacy. There was no one in the store or at the pharmacy since its 9:00 a.m. The pharmacy manager Maaysa proceeded to let me know I did not have an appointment, She was argumentative and not at all willing to look at my paperwork. Terrible customer service from a manager. Will not be doing business with Walgreens anymore

Went to get some medicine prescribed from my doctor,I asked about the price, and the pharmacist said I had to pay $250 to get Levofloxacin 750 mg 14 tablets. I think that’s too expensive, I went to Publix to transfer my prescription there, and they charged me 20 dollars for my whole medicine, not coming back anymore, they just want to get the last penny you have on your pocket ?
