if you’re not a U.S citizen or a Hispanic like me. The manager/associate will ask you for a U.S ID/passport if you need a refund or exchange an item. The manager/associate will also tell you that this is “the U.S” in their own words. Unprofessional and racist. After they got smart, they still had the audacity to give me an attitude.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Went to get my flu shot & COVID booster and if I had known it would take FOURTY FIVE minutes to even be spoken to, I would have made my appointment at any other location. Next time I’ll be sure to clear my day for these people that move slower than sloths.

Slow to fill prescriptions

I pulled up a few months ago to the drive through. I was greeted and gave them the name on prescription. I waited and then she came back and said they were breaking for lunch and to come back later. You would have thought since they had verbally acknowledged me, they would have grab that one prescription. I told my husband to move all his prescriptions to Costco. I wasn’t picking up from there anymore.

I would give zero if I could. I have been using this store for years. The new staff is horrible. They are rude and act as if their opinion supercedes my doctor orders.

Terrible customer service at this store, specially from Heather “ the manager”, bad attitude and makes customers feel like she is doing us “a favor” for pick our items up from store. That’s a store service, Heather. If you are not pleased with your job, go home, nothing in life is obligated. may God bless you.

Over priced. Coupons for the reward program are a pain. There's always more of a catch on top of the regular coupn fine print. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Tried to go in at 9:45 PM... the doors were locked and they just stared at me.. will not be coming back . All I needed was soft drinks

Not only was I not greeted, but I also had to wait for an employee to ring up another employee. Both employees ignored the fact that that two other customers were there waiting. And then when they finally stopped shopping on the clock, they decided to call us over using their hands like we were dogs. I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

The place was clean, they had the test I needed that the Walgreens closest to me did not, and the woman who checked me out was very pleasant. Overall a great and quick experience. I can’t speak to the pharmacy, this was just my experience.
