The pharmacy sucks. They never have medication and they make you wait 3 days after a refill date to refill a prescription. I thought it was a 1 time incident at first but now it's becoming the norm. They also confused mess and dates. KROGER PHARMACY up the street from this location is much better.

WORST PHARMACY!!! save your time by not coming to this pharmacy, the staff is literally the worst. They give you a horrible attitude for no reason of for asking a simple question. The pharmacist “WON” gave me a horrible attitude since i stood on the counter, not only that but she refused to provide us with the service we needed. After doing research and asking other pharmacy’s she provided me with the wrong information. AGAIN WORST!!!!

Pharmacy has had my daughters prescriptions 3 months in advance and the day it was time to fill her medicine the pharmacy gave the medicine to another customer. So much for being a loyal cash paying customer. I been there for atleast a year now getting the same medicine every month and now they don't know when they can fill her medicine. It shouldn't be 1st come 1st serve when you have the drs prescription on file and can see the customers due date.

I'm usually not picky because I understand that the staff are underpaid, but man this place has horrible customer service. The pharmacy will put you on hold just to hang up on you, or ignore you in-person while they chat with each other for several minutes. Their answering machine is horrible as well, throwing you through a loop of bot questions and making you listen to a list of random info whenever you call.TLDR: Avoid this pharmacy

I'm not sure what problems other people are having. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for about 6 or so years. The pharmacy can be a little slow some times, but that's only when they don't have a lot of people working. The store itself is clean, the staff is helpful, and things are usually in stock. It's like most Walgreens. I do wish they wouldn't do COVID tests in the drive-thru. I understand wanting to offer that convenience, but it really backs things up.

The absolute worst. Go to CVS or Walmart. These people are horrible. Not a single one of them wants to work.

This location has terrible customer service. They practically ignore you in the store as if they don’t want to be there. Every time I bring a package to return they come up with every reason under the sun they can’t ship my package and direct me to the FedEx store. When the return label clearly says they print the label and box items for returns. Cancel your FedEx contract at this location if you can’t fulfill your end of the deal.

The pharmacist who name is WON does NOT want to work!! She was not helpful, condescending, and at times really rude! Just go to CVS across the street if . Johnny on the other hand was professional and nice!
