“This is one of the best vets I have ever visited. They take the time to listen to everything about my pet even if it’s a mild behavior problem that really doesn’t have anything to do with his health. If you can’t afford every single thing that they recommend, they will take the time and talk to you about what is most important and work with you to get the bill down to something you can afford while keeping your pet healthy and safe. They even recommended that my friend take her dog to another vet when it got to the point that they had exhausted their capability to care for him. They call the day after my dog has a vaccine just to make sure he’s OK even though he’s never had a negative reaction. They do everything they can keep my pets safe and healthy. It’s very clear that every single person in that building loves my dog (my cat is MEAN and they love her too) and wants the best for him. I absolutely adore Dr. Evan’s but would have no issue with my pets being seen by anyone at Russell Ridge.”
“I recommend Dogwood to everyone and anyone I can! The vets and staff here are amazing and helpful in every way, I unfortunately purchased my puppy from a bad breeder and he had many problems and bacteria. The vets at dogwood have helped me get my pup as healthy as can be in the fastest and most efficient way. The vets also did an amazing job on my pups ear crop, and helping guide me through the aftercare every step of the way as well as with answering all my questions I had once I took my pup home! The staff her is GREAT and so helpful with me being sick..... 10/10 on customer service..... “We couldn’t have wished upon a star for a better visit. The receptionist that checked us in, the nurse that received us ( she printed out and stapled so much information about a new puppy for us!!!) stayed and answered questions. And then Dr. Reese came in and was so gentle and thoughtful with how little Luna was feeling, what we needed to know and what we should expect. I’m pretty sure she had patients behind us, but she did not rush us out and gave us some really solid advice.
