The representative took a lot of time to help me with the problem I was having with my phone that wasn't even purchased from Verizon, although we have their service. I also talked to phone support that walked me through the fix.

terrible experience with the assistant manager, Jazmine. I'm looking to cancel all of my five lines and move back to T-Mobile. Jazmine was very very rude and disrespectful. I will escalate this issue higher because I do not expect this from a brand like Verizon.

I came in here 1/4/23 because my mom needed a new number as she just left AT&T for Verizon. I guess it was miscommunication but after waiting for 20 mins I was told she needed to be physically present to do so. Barney, the assistant manager thought she wanted to transfer numbers. However, I thought I said before she needed a completely new number because AT&T decided to be stupid and not help. I appreciate the level of security to prevent someone from taking out another line maliciously. However, that should have been said a long time ago.Mel, the gentleman with gray hair and New Jersey accent, was very rude and blunt with me. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation.

Came in today looked like 4 employes total working. There was one other family there being helped. Stood there waiting for over 20 minutes for assistance while 2 employees played on their phones by the back wall and chatted. One was sitting down making phone calls. Was looking to upgrade some lines. Ended up walking out without any help.

Poor Customer service! My family went on vacation last July to Norway. We purchased an international plan for 10 days on 1 phone line. Every month we kept on getting billed over 82+ dollars. Customer service nightmare. We switched to another carrier !!
