Self kiosk, drop off bin (In doors any hour) and free supplies are all here. Know what you want and need they move fast, the line is usually long so they knock the line out. I never have an issue when I come. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. All of the workers and polite and helpful. Don’t be rude and have some patience and you’ll get more than great customer service!

The lady who answered my questions did a great job today. It was about 1:45pm and I needed to know about passports. She explained all the information to me. She had a smile and knew all the information I needed. She spoke quickly so some people may have a difficult time catching all the info - this was not a concern for my visit here but only something to consider.
Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. The other man working up front was calm and sounded like he was doing a good job serving the other customer. Thankful for this bright spot in my day.
The wait was short and it was calm and quiet in the area you wait in.
I often use this location to drop off mail and it is convenient and easy to do so.

The service is bad, they don't want to scan the packages, they want 1 to leave them lying around, honestly, this lady didn't want to do it, the service is bad, they should improve that's why they get paid to do their job.

Horrible experience. I came to this location on a Saturday, July 13th around 1:15 pm to return a full size mirror from tiktok. I had a barcode USPS shipping label from tiktok. A black man with dreads or long hair said USPS does not ship out large size objects!! I told him I had a shipping label from Tiktok that said USPS. He replied, “It does not matter and tiktok probably has the measurements wrong. You need to go to fedex or UPS. Again, USPS do not ship out large items”. So I went to another USPS location (boggs rd) and the man there shipped my item off without any problems!! Lol Either some of the staff at this location (Buford Dr) are incompetent or they are pure lazy or combination of both. I will be reaching out to management because this is unacceptable!! Never will I do business at this location again!!

My friend had two small padded envelopes mailed to her and the packages were never delivered. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but she has cancer and her chemo pills were what was shipped. Miss J (or should I say Queen J!) went so far above and beyond hunting for them. She used her lunch time to continue to look! She found the packages at the bottom of one of the return package bins. She's an absolute gem and we're lucky she's part of our Post Office! She took our problem over like it was her own family member's medication and made sure she didn't miss a dose. People complain about the mail, but the workers are fantastic and do a great job that's shorthanded and underfunded. They're everyday heroes and that goes especially for Queen J ?. Her kindness was so appreciated during a stressful situation, I can't thank her enough!

GO TO FEDEX OR UPS and pay the extra dollar. This facility loses every package you drop off here. The employees are extremely ignorant. Dropped a package off in their drop bins and the package was lost. I asked them to review the cameras. Nothing was done. I was basically told too bad we lost your package. This is the straw that broke the horses back if you will, I have documented over 15 lost packages from this facility. They need to be investigated.

I have lived in Lawrenceville, GA for 20 plus years. Each and every time I go to this Post Office for any reason I have an enjoyable wonderful experience. I know the lines can be long sometimes due to the fact that most of us come in the building towards closing time, most of the employees can handle any and all situations. Keep up the Great work!!!

One of the worst run post offices I've ever been to. The line was almost to the door (10-15 people) and there was only 1 trainee helping customers. She had a terrible attitude, she really didn't want to be there. There was another rep hanging out behind her not doing much while the line kept growing. He was also really rude to a customer that told him a box got stuck in the chute. Go to another post office if you can help it.
