The worst usps I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there there’s always a problem. Terrible customer service and an ever worse attitude. If they hate their job so much they should quit. After waiting in a long line with only one person at the front helping, I was told that they can’t accept my return because I didn’t tape it. I politely asked if they could tape it or even staple it for me and she said no. I’ve been to multiple USPS where they staple or tape it for me. Please save yourself some time and DONT GO to the usps on Patterson road! 0/10 experience!

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! THEY LIED ABOUT SCANNING MY PACKAGE IN THE AMAZON LOCKER. AND THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY THE SENDER PROBABLY NEVER SENT ME A PACKAGE. THEN HOW DID YOU MARK IS AS DELIVERED?! THEN IT CHANGED TO THEM SAYING THEY PUT TWO PACKAGES IN ONE LOCKER( WHICH THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO). I HAD MY LEASING OFFICE CHECK, THERES NOTHING THERE. I CALLED THE HUB, THEY SAID ONLY ONE PACKAGE WAS SCANNED IN. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MESS UP. I STILL WANT MY PACKAGE OR MONEY.

Fire those disrespectful, lack of customer service that needs to be changed, in fact, I'd gladly replace their jobs. The attitude they give us should be unacceptable, finger tapping, eye rolling, and rude demeanor. They don't want to help us. They just want to get us out of the way.

James is way to rude to work in customer service. Why are you being nasty too customers? You're not a manager. Horrible expierence from James. James acted like a bully and a child this morning instead of servicing and helping a customer to the best of his ability with buisness ethics. It is not your job your job to make the customer upset as they walk out. It is not your job to not even try and help get me to where i need to go. James, customer service at the post office is not for you because you are too mean to even handle talking to people with respect. Thursday morning 9:00AM 11/2/23, I came in asking for the post master. I was guided here by my post man and law enforcement to have my beighbor stop oarking infront of the mailbox. He's making it hard for me and the post office to deliver my mail which everyone seems to forget is a federal offense. I work for Amazon, yall have unions why are you this nasty? James is not wearing a badge. He is talking to me dumb. Saying the post master won't help me. Raising his voice talking down to me like im beneath a child. Asking if I tried asking the neighbor to move. (Duh or inwould not be here being mostreated by you) And he asked if I would like a supervisor. Well that is the first request I asked of you. And you never did it James. You should've. Bevause my problem was above your head. You cant help but someone 3lse can. Whoever the woman is and the other man is next to him, they are kinder, but not one of them helped or guided me to the Post Master. James asked if I would like a supervisor. Well why didn't you do that first Instead of try to argue with me? He said there is nothing I can do I told him I believe there is. He said the post master will not help you, well how come other people who work for post office say he can. Did you think maybe there are things about this company you dont have authority of? He ssid hes not truing to tell me what to do. But he did. I felt so uncomfortable. This guy went to the back and started hollering at the manager about how dumb, i am and said I know i daid this and that, laughing and making fun of me. I told the other workers he doesnt have to carry on like that. How embarrassing. You don't know what the supervisor or post master can do. I was having a nice morning but I hate you James and I hate people like you who really can't do buisness and make Atlanta look so bad. You don't have an attitude for buisness. He even got mad I asked for his name. Your behavior is a reflection of you. Not me getting your name. If you did your job and tried to help me without a high school attitude I would be saying good things on your name. I am saying the truth in how you treated me this morning. I hate that type of customer service. Honestly I hate black men that act like James. It was so not even nessicary to be rude like that. Thats how you act at the club, talk to peoole like they dumb, not at work.

USPS left a notice without attempting to knock or ring the doorbell I scheduled a redelivery and it never happened! I had to go to the usps myself and see what was going on and the employees there are very rude and let people skip over you!! Worst usps ever

I just would Ike to comment on Doug’s friendly, patient, and cheerful service extended towards me! He went over and beyond! It was truly a pleasure visiting this establishment today!! I would also like to add that this location was very clean and spacious, with lots of parking spaces! I shall not hesitate to visit again in the future!

If I can give zero I would. The most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employee I have ever seen. All should be terminated for the way they treat customers. I am not the first and the last person that is complaining about the way they perform their duties and obligations. I am just questioning what leadership they have that allows this to keep going on and on for a years.Rude and disrespectful service if you can go to a different location go don’t even think, skip the interaction with people who think they are better than you just because they stand on the other side of the counter an you depend on them. Not sure how many bad reviews they have to get before management do something.

It’s a post office. Self served & if a package needs shipping then employees will be of assistance. They’re supposedly hiring, filled out an application online but I guess they’re not.

Doug…. Rude, condescending and lacks any form of customer service. Before it was my turn in the line I watched him belittle and handle other customers with no respect. And I received the exact same treatment on my time to be helped. I asked what was the locations number so I could write a review he told me to google it. After stating he worked at this location for 3 yrs but did not know the location number. The post office and postal workers are usually beloved. Friendly and helpful. But at this location with DOUG, That is not the case. Please do better in customer service training because if Doug Is the face of this location it will fail and run people away.

There’s some new service called USPS value Xpress or some variation of the name, now you just cannot send a first class package that’s a little bit thicker than a piece of paper otherwise they charge you a premium. In other words no more first class on even a small package. What would’ve cost $1.65 now cost $5.05. Boooooooo

The Passport lady was extremely kind and patient with us. Didn’t have everything but she made a way for us to get it and get everything handled that day. Thank you Again and God Bless you
