I’m so glad this business shut down. No one listened to me back in 2010-2011 when I discovered how scummy this business is. They repossessed the car I bought from them claiming I didn’t pay my car note for 2 months, when in fact, I had.I hope everyone involved in this is criminally prosecuted. Targeting low income Americans and selling them terrible cars at exorbitant interest.Good riddance.

They are a fraud and a scam.. you think you are pay the car the first year is all interest being paid. And it’s also illegal to have a shutoff valve on cars. They are over priced with big mileage..

All they do is scam. THIS DOESNT HELP YOUR CREDIT. US AUTO SALES ARE CROOKS. They charge you monthly car note, use you for tax purposes and employee and overcharge for a terrible car. They are the biggest scam and that’s why they are closed.

So, my problems continue to persist. I've purchased my car on 06/10/2022. It's been towed for a payment that I missed due to it being in the shop. It's been in the shop for almost 6months. Two transmissions, broken promises, employees fired from the Pep Boys. Just got the car back from Pep Boys after having it for 3 months and one week later, it's leaking oil. The vehicle shut off in the middle of traffic. The police helped me check my vehicle. I topped off my oil and its gone again. I need help, I need my vehicle. Can I get a vehicle to replace this one? I've obtained an attorney. Maybe legal council will get some attention. I loved the team that sold me the car, but US Auto isn't a company worthy of my business.

It's been just about a week since I purchased my vehicle from US auto and I'm beyond pleased. Looking for a car without a car can be extremely stressful but Tim and Torrey made me feel the exact opposite. When i first called to let them know my credit situation with a recent repossession "about 4 months old" they told me don't worry about it and to come on down they even sent an uber for me. After we found the car of my dreams no joke, heated seats, back up camera, tinted windows, a sunroof, low mileage and great mpg. This car had all the bells and whistles. When it came to the numbers game the process was just like any car buying process come prepared and pack your patience you have to remember this is a long term purchase. When it was all said and done we drove off in our new car, with a down payment and monthly notes that can not be beat. I am glad I got a chance to meet you guys and thank you for treating us like friends. You guys rock and the whole us auto team is awesome.

The sales person Torrey was awesome. They paid for a Lyft for me to get there. All my paperwork went smooth. Latasha in Administration was very insightful about the process. She explained everything fully in detail. It was a very stress free process. Auto check was presented, warranty was offered. I recommend this Buford location.

My son and I visited the Buford location to purchase a vehicle in early September. Within a few weeks, the check engine light was coming on and off. I contacted the manager Torie, and advised him of the issue. He stated that he could exchange the vehicle, but it would be a lot of paperwork. We spent several hours at the dealership initially, so it seemed easier to take his advise and change the oil. I went to have the oil changed and was advised by the tech that the oil was leveled and clean and a change wasn’t necessary. The issues persisted, but got much worse! Within a few more days, we stared experiencing electrical issues and several other indicator lights were flashing.We returned to the dealership and spoke to a young lady, who was helpful. The manager forcefully ushered us out of her office and into his. I wasn’t comfortable with communicating with him. Not to mention his insurance referee scammed my son and I grossly. She didn’t work for the insurance company and they didn’t know who had taken our money. They stated it was illegal, and my money was returned, however, it was very scared knowing that a person unaffiliated with an insurance agency was given critical and personal banking info as well as address and social security information.After leaving the dealership, I followed his instructions as have been without a vehicle since. My son has lost his employment due to no transportation and my life is falling apart. I don’t know what to do and he can never be reached. All claims have been filed and it’s a laundry list of issues, mostly engine and transmission and most that aren’t even covered. The warranty department was confused as to why a vehicle in this condition was a available for sale.I need help and can’t seem to talk to anyone over Torie. I’ve spent hundreds on Uber and have still made my payments. If I could drive the car to the lot and leave it, I would except, it’s not in my possession and hasn’t been in weeks!! Someone please tell me what to do. I know that you’re not checked the history of the car before selling it, but are you checking the credentials of your management team before hiring them? What do I do??

Absolutely not. If I could go back and not make the mistake of looking at this place or just simply give the car back I would. Not only was I overcharged but I was only given half the thank and a tire needed repair right away the next day because it had a hole in it, the sales rep took his time with other customers and had me make the down payment over the phone and when i arrived i was being asked questions while out in the waiting area, little did i know this was them trying to get two contracts done simultaneously, i had no idea who what when or where, i was just shown the contract after the salesman took care of the other customers as he should have, but with me, it was all rushed, just sign here here and here and done. I showed up after number out phone calls and texts and this is how it went for me. For the price I was charged at this place I could’ve gone to a dealership and gotten a brand new car out. They also tell you you have five days to exchange the car for another one, when I tried to pick an equinox I was told as my sales rep it was the worst cars to get because they break down a lot. Every other car too far, it had to be in state. Every excuse in the book. I cannot wait to be done with this place and never look back.

Mixed feelings about these company. Tory was HORRIBLE and was of ZERO HELP! I do not know what manager operates the way he did with me. The car was purchased before he was there but as a manager he definitely could handle the situation better! It was TASHA that took time to listen to my situation, apologized for the error (even though it had NOTHING to do with her) and made some really helpful suggestions!! And her suggestion worked. TASHA FOR GM! Her service was outstanding the first time when I purchased the car and is the same way over a year later! She gets 5 stars. Tory gets a heavy 0! And my rating for the overall company is a 1 and no I won't recommend this company to no one.
