If we could give this company a negative star, we would. We were told they only deliver to our area once a week. They were supposed to deliver our table two different times and did not do so. The first time we were told they needed a smaller truck. The second time we were told that they needed an even smaller truck and that the smaller truck was only available for specific routes. We have never had an issue with having large trucks, including large tractor trailer sized trucks, deliver items to our home. If any future deliveries use this company, we will immediately cancel the delivery and request a refund on the item because we have no confidence that they can deliver it.

Service has declined due to skeleton shifts and covid restrictions. Management had to dig a forklift driver up from the dead to get our pallets. Still more efficient than independent transfer stations in the area.

No way to ship or get a shipment from this place. Waiting over one hour and the package was right in front of them, while they just sat around.

I ordered a Sunsetter Awning and Sunsetter Hood a month and half ago. I only received 1 part of my 4 packages on August 10 and I have been trying to track down the other parts of my packages since then. I have been given the run around and no one is able to tell me what happened to my missing packages. They have produced a Terminal to Terminal tracking number for my lost package or packages but no one seems to physically see my packages on any of their docks. I am hearing from the people who work for Tforce that this has been the norm lately and quite honestly, I think these packages may stolen by employees. Yes I said it! There is no other reason in my mind that packages at Tforce keep coming up missing. I will be getting in touch SunSetter's corporate office to tell them what is going on and strongly suggest that they look into the mishandling of these very expensive purchases and that it is possible that Tforce employees are stealing the packages. I would also suggest that Sunsetter not use this service for their deliveries!

No way to ship from this place. NO MORE. they take forever and the customer service lady was really rude. No helping at all. Take over 45 min. After filling out the paperwork and after 30 min the customer service lady wasn't called to get the shipment off my truck.

For a driver (outside carrier) this place was great. Arrived dropped trailer and was gone in 5 minutes. Returned a few days later they had my trailers outside the gate empty and ready to go.

I mistakenly shipped two containers without first receiving a quote, and the cost turned out to me far more than I could easily afford. I contacted UPS management, and after reviewing the issue they reduced my shipping costs from $3200 to just $903. It was heartening to see how responsive and understanding they were.

Worst customer services!! I checked the status of my package this afternoon and noticed that UPS was trying to deliver it a couple days ago. I have not received any notices regarding this package. I called the customer service to see where my package is located now, and the representative told me that the UPS is holding it. He said I will get a phone call in an hour when the package is ready for pick up at the local UPS pickup place. I waited but no one called me. So, I tried to call the pickup place, but no one answered. I had to call customer service again to find out that my package is finally ready for pick up. So, I went to this location and provided the tracking number to the lady. She got very annoyed and blamed me for not calling her ahead of time for the package to be ready. I explained that I spoke with CS representative and confirmed that it's ready. But, she still didn't want to listen to me and had me waited for an hour in this place. She was so rude to me and nice to everyone else. It was the worst experience I had ever had with UPS.
