Customer service is important and they have none here. Drove up to pay at machine got stared down by young man just standing there. Enter the car wash guy waving a paddle to come foward No have a great day thanks for coming Nothing. All conversations were between co workers. A big roll of paper towels just 1 roll not even located by vacuums. The top of the vacuum kept falling off. Noticed a bunch of screws in parking area by vacuums. The back of my vehicle is as dirty as it was when I arrived. Won't be going back

Came to this location because my primary was under maintenance. RfID did not work but tg3 manager let me in without issues and they were very professional.

Quick and easy with friendly staff. Only downfall is air hasn't worked every time I have been there.

No towels....unless u pay extra! Vacuum attachments all fall off when you try to use them. Will go elsewhere next time.

All I Can Say Is Wow!Absolutely The Best Carwash Ever! They Just Replaced Their Vacuum Filters And Those Vacuums Have The Best Suction Power That I've Ever Experienced.If You Have Anything That You Think May Have Slipped Under Your Seat Get It Up 1st Or It's History it's Just That Strong!That's A Plus For Me Though! Shout Out To The Owner Or Whomever Maintains It Great Job Keep Up The Good Work! I Live In Flowery Branch I Would Drive Back For Another Wash.I Highly Recommend This Place.

Worst location ever, I bought my membership with them so I can wash my truck and they don’t even let me do so, the Manager is super rude and she does not care about customers, also they do not even have Racks for you to clean your car. Cancelling my membership and not coming back, If you readying this honestly safe the trouble and just go somewhere else this Location is the worst!!!

None of the vacuums work & they don't have towels, only napkins. I would not recommend spending your money at this car wash. There's one by big lots on Grayson Hwy called "Tidal wave auto spa" & they close late ! (Same price!!)

Bought the $25 wash and my van came out with the same hand and fingerprints on it as it went in with. Not sure what happened, but really disappointed with it.

I go out of my way and by other washes to come here. They have paper towel and window cleaner to use when vacuuming and cleaning out your car. First place I’ve seen with this little extra something. Very convenient and lots of spaces to park while cleaning. Definitely recommend.

When it Rains they turn off the self serve vacuums. You might want to shut down location too on rainy days because the business serves no purpose.

Business gives me false information about membership. Did not get a good car wash. Left spots on my window. When called company to give me a refund they talk about they don’t give refunds after they gave me false information about the membership. Stay away from this car wash it’s a lot of better ones out there.
