This was the best experience I've had. The font desk clerks were so nice and oersonable.. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area. The rooms are small but very clean and fresh.. It's behind the Sugar Mill Mall, in walking distance from shops and eateries. After a long day, I decided to order on doordash. My doordash order made it to me in 22 minutes and was hot and fresh.

Very clean and quiet stay. Didn't get to have the breakfast but it seemed like a variety of choices and open until 10am. Bed was comfortable, I slept very well even though I wasn't feeling great, but overall would stay again only thing missing no microwave just small fridge so when ordering food, there now microwave if left over or something

This hotel is nice and clean! The staff was excellent and the location is perfect! The rooms are on the smaller side but nice. The only negative thing I have to say is the breakfast is horrible. They need a better variety. Overall, I will definitely visit again!

Needed a break from the highway so we booked a night while passing through GA. The location was perfect,room clean and comfortable. Offers a decent breakfast and a nice lounge/game room. Price point was also reasonable

Very nice location and has been a choice to stay whenever we go to Georgia. Many amenities near by mall, &restaurants. We have family in Stone Mountain and Lawrenceville. Close to Atlanta as well.

This hotel is by far amazing, the front desk staff was very professional, i was treated with the upmost respect, The onsite management made sure you was given the best quality service and safetyI'm not good with names, i want to thank all of the women that work at the front desk for their hospitality and professionalism, housekeepers is great, they keep the building clean and they do it with pride, they work soooooo hard and i appreciate they customer service, they deserve to be tip, the young lady from Romania at the front desk is a amazing hard worker, she go above and beyond to meet your expectations, the entire staff deserves a million stars if it was a button to click⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks for making my stay felt like home away from home, Best Regards.

Great hotel to stay at. We were in town for my niece graduation and stayed here. We will stay here again in the future.Rooms: Very clean rooms and big.Nearby activities: Mall is right by hotel.Safety: Very safe areaWalkability: Things are walking distance from hotel.

I love staying at Tru in Lawrenceville. The accommodations are very clean and minimalistic. No carpet in room which is a plus for me. They serve the typical complimentary breakfast, only downside is it doesn't start until 7am and there is a small gym if you need a quick workout.

Nice modern budget hotel, small rooms but very clean and tidy.Bathroom was amazing for the price, the room itself was ok, the bed could have been better, the air conditioner was way too loud and deprived us of valuable sleep. There was a fridge but no in room water cooker or coffee machine.Breakfast was a huge dissappointment, it felt very cheap and of poor quality. Plastic dishes and cutlery are just cheap, horrible and bad for the environment. The food offering was not inviting and felt very unhealthy.Checkin/out was uneventful the staff friendly.The cleaners even though slightly over present and often in the way (They blocked doors and corridors with the trolleys) ,are to be commended for the great work.Parking was ok, only on 1 occasion were all of the lots occupied.

Staff was friendly and helpful to ensure our room and our Parents rooms were close to each other. Rooms are super clean. We enjoyed our stay. Anne, the General Manager was a gem.

Arrived at 4:53am got checked in at 5:35am due to night audit switch over. Shandy was extremely pleasant, kind and apologetic for the delay. We were given the day rate (8hrs) however, at 12:30pm Angel knocked on my door and rudely told me checkout was at noon and the information we were given was incorrect. As a former front desk manager, I’m appalled at Angels attitude and lack of professionalism.‘It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.’

This place is pretty hip as my parents would say back in the day. It seems like a place for younger people but there were young and old people there.The rooms seemed to be slightly smaller than the size of a regular hotel room, it was more like a dorm room at a college.However, it had all the same things with the exception of a closet. But there was a rack filled with hangers and ironing board and an iron and a section just above the refrigerator. A small refrigerator but no microwave.Let's get to the lobby. It was so different then what we're used to and we sleep in hotels across the country at least once or twice a month.The lobby was awesome! It has a 24-hour store where you can purchase goodies including beer if you wanted it. The front desk agent was nice but not helpful with our issue of payment. My boyfriend booked the room with his card, and we were told I would only need my card for incidentals. I was charged the entire amount due to policy. Hilton agents should be more clear with this policy. General manager refused to speak with us, but agent gave us her card after asking for corporate #Noteworthy details: Service is sub-par. Booked with a Hilton agent, and then they needed a different card at checkout. Understand the policy, but they should've been clear up-front about it.

Super nice and clean. I enjoy my stays at tru they have a good place to work out and always have a nice desk in the room to get work done at well on the road. This one isn’t any different.
