Amazing flowers, horrible service. Called yesterday was told get that at 8:30 flowers would be ready. Got there on time and was informed flowers would be ready in 30 mins. Took and hour to get the flowers together. Definitely disappointing seeing as I’ve been sending REFFERALS for years.

The owners are nice and friendly. They respond to emails quick. The only issue I had was with the roses. Considering that I drove over an hour there I can say I was expecting good quality flowers which was not the case. Most of the roses I ordered came wrinkly and super smushed. A couple of my roses were also broken. To top it off they died in about 2/3 days which was honestly surprising considering I changed the water everyday and put flower food in (which also did not come with the roses). I understand that right now may not be the correct season for roses but I would still expect good quality flowers. In all honesty I found better roses at Kroger.

The roses are nice and prices are great but really leaves a bad impression is how the owner speaks to people. We recently found the location and we’re really excited about buying flowers from them, however the owner should not be in customer services. We weren’t aware of the ordering process because no one explained it to us and speaks to us like it should be common sense to us how they run their location when we are new customers.

I needed variety of flowers, I came across Tropical Roses and decided to try them as I had nowhere else to buy what I needed on short notice. I ordered flowers Sunday evening and my flowers were delivered today from GA to MA. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Fedex could charge less for shipping but it is what it is ? Tropical Roses did a great job.
