Wonderful place to car shop amazing selection. Brandon was absolutely fantastic very patient and helpful as well. Was even patient with our one year old son fussing a lot ? we got an excellent car from him it did end up having some issues that where unexpected from all of us and he is still helping us resolve the issue will definitely be getting our next car from him for sure. And not just him, but everyone there was very polite and welcoming. Thank you town square motors for y’all’s excellence

I had a really smooth experience with Brandon. He made the process simple and comfortable for me, my girlfriend, and her mom. We purchased a 2017 hyundai Santa Fe in excellent condition. We had the car inspected before we bought it and they were cool and understanding. We were allowed to check out the lot and test drive the cars without the hassle of someone looking over our shoulder the whole time or trying to push our decision. Definitely a stand out when it comes to the car buying experience. The vehicles on the lot were quality and priced very aggressively, I feel like we got a great deal. They were also patient and helpful when it came to the financials as well. I couldn't be happier 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry from Town in 2020. Has been an excellent car. Had one problem and they solved it. Now ready for another vehicle and saw 2 I'm interested in. Will be making a visit this week to check them out!

Customer service during purchase process was amazing.
I had my 2015 Explorer shipped from the dealer to me in Missouri.
A week into owning the vehicle. I had intermitten check engine light. But vehicle worked fine. It would go off after driving a little bit. 2 months into owning the vehicle.. just putting over 4K miles on it under regular conditions. No high speeding or anything.. the engine and twin turbos fail at UNDER 110K miles. Now I'm stuck with a new 16.5K loan. And over 10K in repairs that I can not afford. Of course the dealership is no help. Because the vehicle was sold "as-is".
Noway this vehicle was in good shape when purchased. Be careful shopping here guys. Get a better vehicle somewhere that takes pride in selling mechanically sound vehicles to customers. Our Money Matters. Good shop shopping guys.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Town Square, after being referred there by a family member. The staff bargains in good faith. The owner, Brandon is a man of his word. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Too much of a small lot. With very little selection. Prices could be better for higher mileage cars and vehicles....
Great to see the OWNER wants to comment with rude words and try to intimidate me also. This is NOT how you get a new buyer or a future buyer.
I hope the owner and every sees the comments and doesn't buy from a passive aggressive business owner. The people who have the money are in charge of where we spend our money, not the business who want to EARN our business...

Great dealership! I contacted the establishment with an interest in an SUV that I had seen on a car shopping website. Unfortunately, it had sold by the time I was able to get out there to see it (it happens!). However, Tom was great at getting me set up with another car in his inventory with the same specs I was looking for and worked with me to get a monthly payment within my budget. Great at answering phone calls and texts. Tom even answered a question for me a couple days AFTER I had purchased the vehicle and drove off the lot. So helpful! Thanks so much! Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a used car.Edit to update:The check engine light has been on since the day I got the car. Literally after I drove off the lot, by the time I got home the check engine light came on. I will give them credit though, they were very communicative, and had me bring the car back so they could fix it when this happened.However, since that time the check engine light has come back on multiple times and I’m in the double digits of how many instances I had to drive out to the dealership and back.Issues up to this point have been a dead battery, a fuel issue because of the dead battery, a catalytic converter replacement, a some sort of leak in a tube (not sure which or why). I mentioned doing a return at some point and they said they don’t do returns but to bring the car by so their mechanic could take a look (which at that time was the leak issue I think).The check engine stayed off for a while but then on New Year’s Eve it came back on, along with the tire sensor light. Checked the PSI and it was fine. My husband called and spoke to Tom about the car. Tom said he’s not going to warranty a car that I’ve put miles on already and won’t do any further repairs. We mentioned selling it back or doing some sort of exchange but they weren’t receptive. We didn’t say anything about a warranty so I’m not sure why he mentioned that.All in all, I do like the car itself despite the issues and greatly appreciate that they were willing to fix it so many times. I knew buying a used car with high mileage would come with repairs down the line. But I expected, at the very least, the vehicle to make it three months to the next emissions check (bought the car in November, next emission in February).I do still recommend them as they are friendly and willing to work with you and are communicative. The process of buying the car itself was easy. Just make sure you take the car to an offsite mechanic before you sign anything. This was my first time buying a used car from a dealership so I had to learn my lesson somehow lol.

I purchased 2 vehicles from here both had problems and they didn’t stand by either. 1 had a bad Radiator and the other a bad 02 sensor for the money they charged both vehicles could have been better but overall positive experience

I have a friend who has purchased his last 2 vehicles from Town Square, so I took my son there to look at a few of the vehicles they have for sale. He found one he liked and test drove it and may be making a purchase from them. Per my friend, they are good honest businessmen that are up front and honest.

I bought a vehicle from them back in 2019. Came on the lot alone to do a couple of test drives and John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Came back the next day and closed on a car with John at a good price. Now 4 years and 70k miles later, the car is still running and reliable as a daily. I'd trust them with my business again.

Bought a 2016 Mazda yesterday and the car was in great condition. My experience was overall fast and super simple. Mr. Brandon was very attentive and cooperative. Easy process, and was soon on the road! Definitely recommend this dealer, and will be sending some of my family and friends to make a purchase here.
