This place is not customer service oriented and their supplies are over priced. The saddest part of it is they don't do returns or refunds, but they don't tell you that until your card has processed. It's also not advertised anywhere in the store. DO NOT go here. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. They also aren't educated on what they are selling. Asked for a wash pan for a bed bath and the man brought me a bed pan for passing bowel and urine.

I love this supplier! I neede a receipt from three moths prior. I gave the wrong date but the supplier took his time and found it for me! SO kind snd gracious. They have everything you need there. Love them!!!!

After purchasing ostomy bags/ supplies for my father, I did a check online to see pricing to maybe use this company for him in the future. My research shows he marks the prices up double the actual manufacture site. If you need collection bags, go to Amazon the same day. My parents are on a fixed income, like most patients need these bags, and he is gauging prices.

I was looking for an all electric medical bed for my mother. I found it there and they set it up and delivered it the same day. Price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I recommend this business.

My wife needed a special wheelchair to get thru some narrow doorways in our house. The good folks at TC Medical Supply worked with us until we found just the right chair for a reasonable price. Great service and excellent products! Their inventory of other medical equipment was really impressive as well. Make this the place for any home medical equipment needs, they have good quality items for rent or purchase. Highly recommended!

Place was amazing. It had just about anything you could want or need for your medial needs. Gentleman working today(and I am sorry I did not ask his name) was very patient and helpful. I would recommend this DME place to all who may need supplies or equipment.

I was very impressed with John who helped me on the amount on the knee scooter to rent. He worked with me, put it in my car and had for 3 weeks. Brought it back and everything was handled professionally and it was a smooth transaction
