To sum up, the people here will outright lie to you to make a sale. I went in asking for help, as I'm losing my hair. After telling the woman helping me several times that I wanted something to look like my normal hair color for a wig, she pushed a ginger wig on me. After the FINAL sale, she helped me put it on, but then lied to me saying it looked good. After then stating that I didn't like it and she should be honest, she ASSURED me it was "popular" and looked fine. I didn't realize until everyone I asked for their honest opinion, said it wasn't a good fit. Be careful coming here if you don't know exactly what you want. The workers will lie to you to make a sale.

Very clean, cheap, and big. All the employees are also helpful and really nice. It’s very easy to find things and the products work really well. There are also a lot of things to choose from definently come here.

Wish I could give this a negative. Customer service didn't allow a simple exchange because of the wrong hair color due to the racks not being organized. Purposely hid colors in between another to force sale. Never coming back again.

They have terrible service. There was a lady there that literally wouldn’t stop judging me and taking bad about me in Chinese. If u are gonna go don’t go there before they close.

I experienced conflicting experiences with the service. The older Asian lady was very polite and prompt with helping me. Meanwhile the younger Caucasian gentleman was EXTREMELY rude and attempted to charge me an extra .50 cents for using a card on a $2 purchase. When asked about the charge he because very confrontational. Shoppers beware.

Out of town visiting and found this place for my daughter some eyelashes...THEY HAD THEM. She was in and out; no complaints.
