I loveeee this place ! This is my second time coming here and they've found a forever customer in me. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I'm use to spending wayyyyy more at a beauty supply store for what I brought today but I didn't break my pockets at all and I was able to get 20% off for their black Friday Sale. That's never been a thing for me. I appreciate the cleanliness and how organized they are. If you're looking for a one stop beauty supply shop with every thing you need and more ! This is my go to beauty supply store. I’ve never had any issues at all shopping here. They have everything I need when it comes to natural hair care. There is a great selection of synthetic wigs, jewelry and hair accessories. The store can get busy sometimes and it’s not a of walking space. I don’t like that they don’t do refunds only exchanges or store credit.

Followed by the owner and what seemed to be his son from the time entered to leaving, I received no greeting either.They were literally rapidly pacing and hovering. The owner especially when following gave cold, strong and suspicious eye contact everytime he passed by. Every second they were behind you, to the side of you, in front of you.Didn't buy a little immediately left. Black does not equal criminal, so stop treating us as so.

This used to be my go to spot, but not anymore. I have recently noticed that now I am followed around the store when I browse the aisles. I would rather drive across town to a store that welcomes my dollar without the suspicion.

Well, I only went in this store, because I had an emergency, and it's close by, but 3 years ago, a young korean man who was sitting on the floor doing something, loudly cursed me out because I asked him where the afro picks were!?@#I left and called the cops, who told me they had 12 calls that year from customers at that store. He told me if the man made a threat, he would arrest him.So, I didn't go back until this week, for 1 thing, eyeliner pencil. The cashier watched me like a hawk from her perch.When I tried to pay with VISA, she said store policy is, you have to spend at least $5.00 in order to use a credit or debit card. I had a debit card. So, I just happened to have $3.18 on me, but I was short .02 cents, which she didn't let me get away with! There are Korean Beauty stores everywhere, so no great loss to me ! And K Beauty right across the street, throws 3 or 4 little samples in your bag. Top Beauty is so greedy, that they don't give any samples. The other workers are very unfriendly. I wont be going back ever again.
