I've closed my account today due to unsatisfactory service. The car wash experience fell short of expectations, and it led to a decision to explore other options. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously to enhance their services for others in the future.

I was a little disappointed. The car wash didn’t do as good as another car wash that I went it. I still seen lots of dirt spots and I had no tire dressing on my tires. I don’t know what happened but I was a little disappointed.

Top notch car wash. I love the membership, I get to go everyday if I wanted. Not having a pre-wash station says how confident they are in getting the bugs off. Always sparkling clean! I wash a couple times a week and use the free vacuums usually once every couple weeks. Love the Tommy's washes!
