Marcus was the best associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been a member for quite a while. Memberships on different cars and such. There was an issue with my membership and he helped fix it upon the kindness of his heart. Please keep him around. And give him a raise too times are tough

I wish to express my gratitude to the manager on duty who assisted me upon over hearing that my card had been left at a restaurant. He not only addressed the issue promptly but also showed empathy towards my distress in that moment. Consequently, I requested a replacement card. His actions have secured a lifelong customer in me, as he demonstrated genuine care as a person, not just as a manager. This experience holds great significance for me, and now he has the loyalty of my entire family and friends to patronize this car wash.

My first time going here Kenneth gave me excellent customer service and my new Braves package and removed my attend and put it back on after it was great all the way around will definitely be recommending y’all
