I love the shea butter from The Oil Bar. It's all my husband and I use. However, the customer service is pretty bad at this location. I drove about 20 mins to get to this location only to find that the gate was down. Online it said the store was open, every other store in the mall was open, and there was a sign in the window that said open. After waiting (and calling) about 5 minutes, the young lady working there looks at me as if I was crazy for waiting for her to open the gate. I asked if the store was open and she tells me that she had a large order that she was trying to finish. I am so confused. So the store closes to complete orders - missing out on additional orders? I planned on purchasing 5 or 6 shea butters at least. I told her I would just come in and smell some scents because I was thinking I'd just order online. So she allowed me to come in and closed the gate behind me...smh. As I tried some new scents, I decided, forget that!! I'm not ordering online. I lifted the gate and left. I've spent too much money in this store to continue to go in there and receive such poor service and lack of care. If this is the standard, I'll just find somewhere else to buy oils like Brown Sugar Babe or somewhere else. I don't know if the staff hates working there but they've shown a lack of care for customers 90% of the time I've gone in there.

Love the product but the service was lack luster (5/5/24). 2:11pm. As if I’m inconveniencing them. Workers seemed uninterested in my concern. They were out what I came for, and acted like it didn’t exist until I pulled up my order history. This is when they finally said they were out. I will try another location moving forward.

I placed an order over a month ago and they still have not shipped the items. It shows that a shipping label was created but never shipped. I sent several emails to them and have not received a response. I have called and spoke to 2 different mixologist who say that the only thing that they can do is take my information. I'm very disgusted with the poor service

Had a great experience here. It was my first time and staff member Destiny was very patient, kind, and helpful, taking the time to help me discover what scent/s and which format would be best for what I was looking for.I got bubble bath, room mist, and a body oil. Destiny helped me sample and find which scent I liked best and in which proportions I wanted to mix the two.With each product she made sure I was happy with the scent before purchasing. Great oil scent selection and great customer service. Thank you!

I'm so impressed with my experience at The Oil Bar! I bought a body smoothie and salt scrub. The ladies were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here for your fragrance needs.

I placed an order over a week ago. Recieved and email stating order is being shipped. The order was never shipped they just created a label for shipment. I called the store at the phone number that was online and spoke with a Zy. He then told me the order should have gone out, but he had to call his manager. Poor business services, I read another complaint similar to this on the BBB website. I definitely would not do business with them. They have no idea what they are doing and should not be taking online orders.

I have placed 2 orders and each time the order was completely wrong. Ive reached out to customer service via the email provided, it has been a week with no one to speak with about getting the fragrance I ordered. No customer service and definitely no attention to detail.As I stated... Absolutely no attention to detail. I definitely stated that I have emailed the customer service email and no response. If the store can respond to my review, the store should resolve the issue. I am realizing that this company is not centered around customer service. This is very unfortunate and extremely poor behavior.

I bought a fragrance oil. The top of the bottle broke out of nowhere and spilled half the bottle out. I came back to the store to get a replacement and they wouldn't replace my oil. They stated that the bottle roll-ons are faulty sometimes and they knew what I was talking about but they wouldn't replace my oil I lost due to their manufacturer fault.I have had that issue before from the Cumberland location and they were very nice about it and replaced my bottle and oil lost.

I love this place. I've purchased 3 nice men's cologne scents and one Shea butter with a scent. Each one is very nice. I actually prefer these oils over the actual colognes. Also, the staff is always beautiful/ helpful. Very satisfied ?

Hello,I am an advent shopper of the Oil Bar. Usually go to the Cumberland location. This day I decided to check out the new location at Sugarloaf and was immensely disappointed in the Service, lack of empathy and all over piss poor professionalism. Walking in one of the employees at the desk was eating; while the other was on her phone. We were not greeted to any extent. With that being said, we were attempting to get another bottle because the one we were sold was faulty; which was acknowledged by the young lady but was not helpful in trying to replace the fragrance that had spilled due; to the faulty cap being placed on incorrectly. There was no compassion, not any attempt to problem solve. This is a new location and already terrible. Now as a solution - I would advise retraining on customer service and how to conduct professionalism.
