I forwarded our closing docs to our attorney to review and she was highly complimentary of Silverton Mortgage. The Chuck Walden team did an excellent job with lending side of my client's home purchase. Jennifer Grant is so timely in her response to clients and very knowledgeable about the lending and real estate process. Once under contract, I very much appreciated the Friday follow up communication by the other side of the lending team. the Walden team made buying my first home very easy! i have heard many horror stories from people buying houses and i really cant relate since they made it easy. there was really no hang ups or issues.. to be honest i have had more issues just trying to get a car lol! everyone is super nice and fun to talk too. if i buy a house again i know where i am going! i highly recommend chuck and his team!!
