Filed legitimate Taxes through sister company in Jonesboro, not only was taxes filed wrong tax preparer didn’t add business info resulting in fine and loss of tax money and underpayment to bank wasn’t resolved. Just not a good look to come knocking on my door for support

I’ve been getting my tax return done here for quite some time now and I’ve never had a bad experience with this company they’re very professional and good people they will go above and beyond to make sure the customers leave with a smile and a nice coin in your bank account I will most definitely recommend anyone to get there tax return done here!?

Filed my taxes here for this year. Wish I would have read the reviews before I filed here. So easy for them to schedule you an appt to file. But afterwards you get the run around. Can’t get anyone on the phone to check up on a loan I asked for weeks back. Told someone would call me since last Friday 1/22/21. Now when I call the phone just rings. Guess I need to pull up on them. The girl that did my taxes...let me be nice. I’ll just say she looked like she needed glasses the whole time while she was putting in my information. She also told me a decent amount for me to get back, but they supposedly charge $500. Well I took $500 out of the total refund amount and there’s more fees than just $500. I won’t be using them ever again, first time and will be my last!!!! 2020 has been hard enough y’all need to do better! HnR block I will be back for my taxes next year!

I had my taxes done February 5 the woman who did them told me I didn’t need to use form 1095-a Because health insurance wasn’t mandatory any more. And I would Receive more money . Well 25 days later I just received my letter from the IRS so these people don’t know what they’re doing they overcharge $300 and you didn’t even get it right a simple TaX return that took you 10 minutes smh Thanks for nothing.

I been having problems they did my fathers taxes not only charged him 1000 to file said he had to pay got him for 5000 the lady is a scam please do not do business with this place you will have problems with irs also will not answer
