We had an amazing move in experience. Ana, the community manager helped us over the phone multiple times with the process and everything. We faced multiple issues along the way, but the team was very helpful and responded quickly. The apartment complex is also established in an ideal location. Grocery, hospital, school are all available under 2 miles! Great place to stay.

Yannis is the best leasing consultant I’ve come across during my apartment search process. She is extremely sweet, beyond professional, and a great listener. She gave an amazing tour! My son didn’t even wanna leave. I even came back a second time with my parents and she still gave outstanding customer service! She is a gem indeed, thank you so much Yannis.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and I’d like to say that I’ve been very happy with the way that Ana has been on top of things for me. I’ve had a few issues with my apartment and she’s been really quick to respond to my needs the best that she can. She’s always working hard to make sure that she is doing her job.
She has been very supportive to me since day one.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service at this property. I walked in for a tour with my soon to be roommates at 5:37pm and was greeted by Ana Hernandez, she was the only one in the office. When I called her over the phone she did say they do not tour after 5:30pm but she still went ahead and showed us 2 apartments and not for one minute did she seem annoyed for having to tour us 15 minutes before closing.
The property is well taken care of and the units are nicely renovated. We are applying for a townhome and can’t wait to move in !

I toured Sync at Ten Oaks and was greeted by Ana Hernandez, she was very knowledgeable and patient! She showed me the amenities and showed me a unit that I wasn’t too fond off. However, she insisted on showing me another unit that met my needs! With this kind of customer service I am forward to living here !

The location and pricing initially attracted us to this apartment, especially since we had previously lived in another Sync property. However, after two years, the continued decline of the property made it clear that it was time to move.
Upon moving in, we found the unit was far from move-in ready. The floors were filthy, the blinds were covered in old dust, and the dishwasher filter was full of gunk and mold. We had to hire a professional cleaner at our own expense. While management did eventually send cleaners back after our complaint, it was too late as we had already addressed the issue ourselves.
Four months into our stay, we experienced a water leak from the kitchen wall that spread through the flooring near the dishwasher. Despite multiple calls to maintenance, the issue was initially ignored for weeks because they couldn't identify the source. It was later discovered to be a roof leak in the unit above us, which required over two weeks to fix. The entire ordeal lasted more than a month.
During the spring and summer, the bug infestation was horrendous. Despite being charged monthly for pest control, the treatments were ineffective. We had to take matters into our own hands by using bug traps and spraying around the unit to fend off wood ants, roaches, centipedes and fire ants.
The property’s upkeep was disappointing. Dog poop was left scattered around despite frequent reminders from management to clean up after pets. Overflowing dog trash bins made the situation worse, creating a terrible smell, especially during the summer.
We also had persistent issues with leaking toilets, which required multiple visits from maintenance. The property appears to be deteriorating from within, likely due to water damage, as evidenced by the constant moisture smell that necessitated air purifiers inside our apartment.
The amount of police activity and random people walking around the property is very high, making it feel unsafe and unsettling.
The gated entrance was often broken, the trash chute was frequently out of order, and trash pickup was inconsistent, sometimes not happening at all.
Upon moving out, we were unfairly charged for "missing" items in the unit, despite having photos and videos taken on our move-out date that clearly showed these items were present. Management never responded to our emails providing this evidence.
Overall, I strongly advise against moving here. The management’s neglect and the property’s poor condition made our experience deeply unsatisfactory.

I took an apartment tour with Shauna, and she was extremely helpful and welcoming! Definitely the best apartment tour I have been on in my current search in the area. The grounds are well kept and has a very quiet neighborhoodly feel! I am definitely considering the move!
