I went to rent a uhaul rental truck 12 / 6 / 2022 11:30 am and the black dude had customers waiting for a very long time when we first walked in no one A knowledge us poor customer service from the start ! he finally said he will be with us but NEVER came out ! That's not good customer service skills at all he need to find another job because this ain't it just find employees that enjoy their job and that has great customer service skills !

I’m have rented numerous of times from this location and every time I rent and guy is there he tries and cheat ppl out of money he lies about the gas in the trucks and pricing so please take pictures of everything if you rent from them

This was our first time using a pressure washing company in Atlanta and Owen was great! He was so kind on the phone and gave a great customer service experience. He was persistent (and polite) in not only getting our business, but also providing quality service in return which I greatly appreciated. Compared to the 5 other estimates I requested, this one was by far the fairest price and a good experience overall. Great job Owen, thank you!!!!!

Loved the stain for our fence. Great value for the money, comes in large 5 gallons. I used a pump paint sprayer and did my entire fence. Held up now for over 4 years

None of the people that are pictured are there. This business was sold over two years ago, is hardly ever open and has little stock on hand.

I used this company for power washing . They coined a name soft wash. My house in Cumming Georgia is all brick and the salesman showed me what the job would look like with a rub of his hand. He also quoted me a price that included gutter cleaning. The day of the job, an un supervised crew arrived. When they finished, I walked around the house and there was nothing done. There equipment was back on the truck, and the house was still covered with easily removable green moss and black marks that rubbed off with my finger. These were the same spots the salesman did the same thing. The ground around these major areas were dry,indicating they didn't even attempt to clean it. The house had gutter guards and the guys didn't even take the ladder off the truck. I was charged for the service and never given a credit.. They took the equipment off the truck and redid the areas, but the job was not worth the money. No refund for the gutter job either. RIP OFF This place is a rip off. ... A big ripoff. The soft wash doesn't do the job of a real power washer either. The process is inadequate.. Don't use this company. They get one star for lying . And yes it is the same company as the Store. Second contact: They emailed me saying the new owner wanted o make it right," we will send a refund". Three months later, no refund.
