I'm a long-time renter and have come across many companies but I haven't seen anything like this. Michelle was my agent and she exceeded my expectations by taking me as a walk-in, providing consistent communication, professionalism, and most of all, her humble and humility attitude. From seeing the actual unit, using Updater, move-in day, and the days afterward, I could not be any happier. Finally get to settle and live comfortably as a long-term resident at my new place! A nice perk is that you can just walk across the street to the mall!

I have been living here for a short amount of time and during that time I have had an amazing experience. The grounds always look great and the office is so helpful. Michelle is the sweetest person. She is always helping me out when I need something. I would recommend this community everyone and my dog loves having his own yard. My little slice of paradise!

I was so excited to move in to this complex, but there has definitely been a decline in the community since we moved in 10 months ago.Pros: The architecture; the pool; our unit has a washer/dryer; our 2br/2ba unit is fairly spacious; lots of natural light in the unit.Cons: multiple piles of animal (dog & cat) fecal matter everywhere in the bushes/grassy areas; trash/discarded food on the sidewalks and bushes; the mandatory $25 a month trash valet doesn't even come on its regularly scheduled days and there are trails of trash/juices through the building hallways; the security gates broke nearly every other week in our first few months while living in the community; we were told that maintenance would replace our tub after cracks began to show but that didn't happen and now there are more; the dishwasher is very weak (sometimes requires multiple cycles to clean normal food stains); the washer is incredibly loud and does not drain well.Overall, the community is pretty to look at, but I'm not upset to be leaving soon.Also, Shan and Katrina in the front office have been super welcoming and nice with our questions. Amanda was our leasing agent and she was amazing throughout the process, but I'm not sure if she's still there.

0 stars the application process here is very unprofessional and it is not a fair process at all please see below their processThe first thing they do is contact your previous landlord/ community you have lived in and if they get any negative information they immediately shut you down without even requesting to hear your side of the story. Next they will ask you for all kinds of documents just to close out their paperwork but you will still be denied..Conclusion: If you have had any issues with the last place you lived incorrect information being given DO NOT APPLY HERE

ZERO STARS MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE AND THERE IS NO PARKING. How is this an apartment complex WITHOUT PARKING FOR RESIDENTS??!!!!!!!! New management is terrible. In the leasing agreement states each resident will have their very own individual parking spot. Which is a LIE. They do not mention how they SO NOT HAVE ANY PARKING FOR THEIR RESIDENTS on the tour. If your not home in time you have to park OUTSIDE THE GATE IN FRONT OF THE LEASING OFFICE AND WALK HOME no matter the time, or weather.... Valet trash is cool. But if you don't have your trash outside the door from before 7:25. Your trash WILL NOT GET PICKED UP even though trash time is from 6 to 8pm.

Shan!!!!! I can't express my gratitude to her. She is the best!!!! Everything about her. Her customer service, her attitude and the experience she gives us living here. It's super awesome to greet her almost everyday, she always greets with her smile. Her personality is lovel and also very professional, everything my family needed since her being here has been dealt with promptness. Couldn't ask for better property management. Thanks for everything Shan if you are reading this.

After 2.5 years living here, if I could put zero stars, I would do it. It's the worst apartment complex they can live in. Starting with the insecurity and the lack of responsibility of the office staff. The cameras, the gates and the doors are useless. There are fights eventually in the parking lot and people are armed, Lately they have stolen cars and even crashed. Don't believe in that automated response that says you can go and talk to them in the office, because it's a lie, the big manager and others never solve anything. DANGEROUS people living here and they don't care (said by these same people), Taking into account that they demand a great $$$ value from you to live here and you can't be sure even inside your house. I could tell you about my experience in all this time in this place, but in short it is a disgrace to have lived here.

5/18/23 -This is our 3rd time visiting Sugarloaf Summit. The first time we were barely greeted by Silvana. We asked about a 3 bedroom, she quickly said none are available at this time. Okay fine no problem. Then we said, well what about 2 bedrooms, she said something is wrong with the unit we usually do tours at so I can show you that today. She was very hurried and short. No one else around so I’m not sure what that was about. We left. We decided to come back later on that day. Well a Black Woman greeted us (didn’t get her name), we gave her the same spill and lo and behold, they had a 3bedroom coming available within the next 30 days and she took us right over to the 2 bedroom to tour.07/18/23We came back to see if any 3 bedrooms were available on the 1st floor. We were barely greeted again and told no 3 bedrooms were available and they didn’t have one to show. Well what did we do? We came back a few hours later and another Black Female was there and she pulled out her list and told us one was coming available within the next week but she couldn’t show us one.Silva a if you don’t want to deal with people on a daily basis, please get out of apartment management/customer service.

This move in was the smoothest transition I've ever had. Maegan was very sweet and extremely helpful and thorough. The community and the unit is very clean and well kept. There is a slight security issue with car break ins (which I assume is due to the mall being right behind the complex) but other than that I rate this community a solid 10/10!

I loved the complex when I first moved in. Over the last year 1.5 years it’s just gone down hill. Always smells like weed, trash in our backyard, mold growing from the backyard from never drying up, moldy bathrooms, and more.Recently our complex was targeted and multiple cars were broken into. The complex has no form of security and the people will not be caught. The complex has not been helpful and will not even extend the rent due date for the people who had to spend hundreds of dollars on new windows.The management isn’t helpful and when we call the company that owns the complex they will not answer.Long story short, go spend $2000 on rent elsewhere. You’ll most likely have a better environment, helpful staff, and your “gated” complex not get broken into.
