If you have a mercedes benz in need of repair, I highly recommend Startech Auto LLC. From providing excellent customer service, to diagnosis of the issue and affordability of the repair costs, this company is top notch. Joseph, the owner, Diana, the service advisor and Steve, the shop foreman were professional and courteous. No need to look anywhere else for your mercedes benz service needs.

I can't recommend this shop enough if you have a Mercedes. They know the cars inside and out and will take the time to discuss the issues with you.
I've been to other German car shops that misdiagnosis the issues with my car. They took the time to validate the issue and found the real cause. This saved me over $2000 is parts and labor to replace something that wasn't bad.

The staff at Startech Auto, are very professional and always eager to assist. My used Mercedes has required a lot of repairs, and I feel their prices are reasonable and the entire staff works with honesty and integrity. The owner and front desk manager listen to my needs and provide reasonable solutions, and they work to get my car in and out quickly.

What to say called the Startech and got responses on the spot Joseph a live person answer all the questions and made my appointment the earliest to my convenient day and time....and i am here today to have the service for my MB. My husband has been using this business for over 10 years for all of our Mercedes repairs. The owner and staff are friendly an really down to earth. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes cars and SUVs. Whether its an older vehicle or a newer one. Their prices are reasonable, regardless of the repair. They never try to get over on the customer by charging for repairs that your vehicle never needed in the first place, like some shops do. I would definately recommend this business for all your Mercedes needs.

Being new to the area we searched for someone to do service on our Mercedes. Startech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got our car right in for service. We were glad to have found them and feel confident with them because they specialize in Mercedes. We will definitely utilize them in the future for any service we need.
