Honesty, integrity, brevity.In short: Raj is going to get all of my auto repair business going forward.Fast, reliable service, at a truly fair price. No parts markups, no labor rate inflation. I went to SRK to have wheel speed sensors replaced on an Infiniti. Raj quoted me 180 per axle, and kept his word on that price. I asked if I could buy the parts from Infiniti myself and bring them in, and they have no issues with that (know however, that labor only jobs are cash only). When the job was complete (they are FAST) they returned the old parts to me, which is another huge sign of transparency... many shops will "toss" your old parts and sell them as used later. Though I did not buy the parts through SRK (and therefore cannot personally confirm their claim of no parts markups), every other interaction I've had with Raj would lead me to believe they're true to their word.(Previously I went to a bigger shop in the area to have the same job quoted... 300 per axle, and a 263% markup on the parts (that shop wanted to charge me 800 for a 220 dollar part!)People say that the entire auto repair industry is predatory; it is certain that there are many shops out there looking to take advantage of uninformed consumers.SRK on the other hand is the bar for integrity in this industry. I appreciate you all.Thanks to everyone at SRK for getting my wife's car back on the road quickly!

My radiator had a leak that I needed to have fixed the same day. Raj and Al were able to have me up and running within a few hours and for an excellent price. They were very professional and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Raj and his team are absolutely awesome! Went to get my brakes done, they went above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues before he let me leave. I needed a new mechanic and I definitely found him! Would recommend to anyone

Terrible customer service. Purchased brake service(brake pads +brake rotors). Prior to getting brake service from SRK Auto my brake sensor light appeared, but no brake noise was present. Brakes now make a squeaking sound every time I brake. Front desk attendant Rag is very rude and not knowledgeable. For example, I drove with him in the car so he could hear the brakes making a squeaking sound every time I brake and he actually said maybe it's something else when it's clear that the brakes are making a squeaking sound. He's absolutely pathetic, so please don't try to explain your issue to him just report him to BBB there's already a file on SRK Auto.Service: Auto brake repair

Atrocious customer service. I do not recommend. Came by originally spoke with mechanic he was great, but the other guy I believe his name is Raj is atrocious when it comes to customer service. He likes to yell at customers as a way of communicating that he knows what he's talking about. Never again!
