Was turned away after being a customer at this store for years. I go in average 2-3 weeks. I posted a review on a stylist several weeks back because I was not happy.
Now I walk in and for the second time in a week they left me sitting there, last week I finally got up and left while they stayed in the back room and there were no clients.
Today they did the same before they said they wouldn’t serve me. No explanation at the time, I just quietly left. I feel I was discriminated against since I was the only call caucasian person in the store while other people came in and were serviced.
Later when I called back they said they didn’t want a bad review, hmmmm. How many bad reviews have been left by me in a year? I would ask the store to publish them and prove it. Social media is very powerful today.
I’m not done.

If you get a haircut at sport clips, you’re either mentally ill, 4 years old or a 95 year old. Do yourself a favor and take your 30 dollars and go to a real barber shop. The women that work here are soccer moms that learned how to cut hair from YouTube. Don’t embarrass yourself. I will never step foot in another sport clips again.

If you can’t work a computer they can’t cut your hair !

The haircut itself was fine. My problem is with the online check in. The time keeps bouncing around. When I left the house I 35 mins to haircut then it jumped to 55 minutes on the way there. Then in the store it added another 20 minutes or so. They need a better system.

This location had lost a very loyal customer! I'll tell you why while you read this review. I rarely write reviews these days, but I had a terrible experience at Lawrenceville Sport Clips. So, I just had to review it to let everyone know about it!I came here this past Sunday, 3/17 (arrived 12:37 pm and left 12:58 pm). I needed a professional haircut for a formal gathering if I was needed for it at all this week, and this location was on my way home. I didn't really have a choice to go to that location, but I was willing to give them another chance after previously having a poor experience back in October 2023 with another stylist. I waited a few minutes and Tanesha (my stylist that day) said she could service me (the haircut costed $28), but brought up that same incident I had back in the October visit, which was over a drawing I did. While we were doing the haircut, I tried to apologize and ask for forgiveness, but all Tanesha said was "It's fine." and added that I wasn't allowed to show them my drawings again ever because they thought I offended them with it, even though that was not (and will never be) my intention. Also, Tanesha was rushing the clipper through the top of my head, which looked like it was all choppy and barely clipped. So I ended up cutting the rest of the top of my head with my own set of clippers at home. I am very disappointed with my experience, and I should've known better if I knew that this was going to happen, but it was on the way home from where I was at before. Because of this, I will no longer go back to this location. This has become a joke and sad because of how they treated me (all over one little drawing I did), which is absolutely ridiculous!And to all the guys who live in this area, need a haircut, and absolutely love to draw: I would advise you stay away from this location (unless you don't mind being scolded and humiliated all over one little drawing!). I like to keep my hair nice and short and add a "lightning bolt" to it, and it can get expensive if I go there all the time. So I will just stick buzzing my own head with my own clippers for free.And to the stylists there (or anyone dealing with customers): you should be kind and caring to your customers, and also listening to their requests, as well as having the patience with them. If you follow that, chances are they will be regulars if you make them feel like they're at home like how I used to be with them. But if I ever come back, they're probably going to bring up that incident with me drawings again. Stopped here for a haircut while visiting from out of town. I've had some questionable haircuts from Sport Clips in the past, but this one was really well done. I'm not sure what my stylist's name was, and I feel terrible for not asking, but she did a wonderful job. Everything looks very precise from all angles. The shampoo and scalp massage were amazing too!
