My mother brought in her car a few weeks ago to get her brakes replaced (under warranty) only after waiting a few hours to realize that there was no work done to the car at all. Brakes still scrubbed and squeaked and took more effort to stop the car after I took it for a test drive. She couldn’t bring it back in because of her schedule. She brought it in today to see if the problem could be resolved. Much to our surprise they told her the brakes were no longer under warranty and would charge her 180 for the repair. Do not go to these people. They scam women who come in alone needing assistance with their cars. They’ll over charge you if you're a woman and They will charge you for them not doing anything on your car, Then try to penny pinch. We will not be coming back here again and we hope you wont either

Just left from post op surgery appt had a flat tire...and pulled met Ms. Lindsey with a smiling face & RJ put my spare tire on for me & blessed me with a great day. Excellent customer service for a damsel in distress

I came in for an oil change to the Duluth Hwy location in Lawrenceville because I had a coupon. It was a busy time but the guy behind the desk moved some stuff around and took my car right away!Danny was very nice and explained everything to me that was needed on my car. Also, the store manager is very friendly and came out and spoke to each of us and offered us some water. I will be coming back to this location as I feel welcomed here!Service: Oil change

Absolute life savers!! We came for a tune-up & fuel injector clean up. They ordered new parts which arrived minutes later and got us all taken care of in under an hour. Price was much more affordable than what we were quoted elsewhere, and they were so kind and helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Friendly customer service and they take Groupons, which is probably why they stay so busy. They typically try to work in walk-ins, but it may be an hour or two (decent waiting area with TV and coffee). Call ahead and they'll reserve a day/time for you (keep track of whom you talked with on the phone - again, it's busy). Will definitely return for my next oil change.

This place is awesome! Every time I’ve visited Speedee’s, I’ve had a great experience. Most recently, I got my car serviced by Donald, who changed my brakes, rotors, oil, and did a fluid exchange. I was in and out in 1 hour and was assisted by Austin at the front desk while I waited. Austin was polite, helpful, and attentive to not only me, but every other customer I saw him interact with in that time. And when I refused a service because I had been quoted a better price by a competitor, he did not hesitate to match it! The only hiccup I had was not getting a new window sticker after my oil change. I called the shop and the manager, Danny, answered. When I asked him about the sticker, he asked if I could come back (which I did) and he had the sticker replaced, sincerely apologized, and offered $10 off my next visit. I couldn’t ask for more professional or courteous service from any of the gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be making this my regular shop from now on!Services: Brakes

They guys were amazing! They let me come in to get brakes done with my own pads (they dont normally do that just a heads up). Super friendly, great customer service, and knowledgeable. Will be back for more service! Definitely recommend ?Services: General repairs & maintenance

The Assistant Manager Austin was informative and accommodating. His customer service skills were impeccable. Technician Ronald did a superb job in my car. I felt safer once my services were complete. A great experience from the moment I picked up the phone to call them! Austin was stellar! He was extremely kind, personable and just all around helpful. He got me all of the information I needed on the phone and I came right in. They did an inspection for me and Austin went above and beyond to sit down and explain everything on the paper for me. EVERYTHING!! We talked Jeeps, we talked mental health & we talked cars! I even got a chance to finish my school work in the lobby! I appreciate that he empowered me as a woman taking care of my car & made no effort to manipulate or take advantage! Everyone I encountered was personable, funny and joyful! I left spending less than $100 and got so much done! Grateful for the local service and the convenient location! I’ll be back for my oil change soon. We've recently moved to Georgia and the hardest part was knowing where to take our cars to be worked on. These guys have been honest and helpful in fixing our cars. Great service ever!! 10/10Very honest and kind. After a 30 minutes diagnosis, I got a new brake pad and an air filter. They didn’t push me to get extra/unnecessary services and honestly told me what I need at this moment
