Update---New management same issues. Our door entry codes are constantly not working. Last week, we got locked out of the building. The codes didn't work, and the electronic entry fob did not work. When I contacted the office on December 26th and left a message to discuss several things, December 27th came and went with no contact. Unacceptable. The public restroom on the ground floor of building 7000 has been out of service for a week, and instead of getting on the problem, they put a handwritten sign saying that the restroom is out of order. Turn the water on and clean it up. Picture below. Can't post the foul smell in the lobby and mail room. The elevator emergency phone is out of service, too. So good luck if you get trapped on a floor with no cell service.Good luck locating packages that are delivered. They are constantly delivered to the wrong building. I have mobility issues, and the reason we moved to the Conclave (building 7000) is for the security and the dedicated mail room inside the building. Management has been no help in resolving the delivery issues. The simple solution is to have the city of Lawrenceville designate a new and different address for the 7000 building from the rest of the complex. At a minimum management should be blowing up the FedEx, Amazon, and UPS complaint lines until the issues are resolved. I have complained to all of them and nothing has changed. I think a business to business complaint would get some attention. The top shelf in the package room is about seven feet high. Only the tallest residents can retrieve packages from that shelf. The delivery drivers are not supposed to use the top shelf. I have asked the office to make that top shelf inaccessible, and as usual, no response! Maybe the next time I have to climb to retrieve a package and fall, they will do something about it.Parking is an issue if you're disabled. There are two marked disabled parking spaces for a building with about 100 apartments. And the signs that are being used in the Conclave parking area are not regulation so if they are improperly used, the police can't issue a citation and management can't tow them out of the space. How many Americans With Disabilities Act violations can we find?Original----Great place to live unless there is a problem. The onsite property management loves making the sale, but then the service after the sale stinks. You will be branded a racist if you complain too loudly! I was banned from the office and accused of using racial slurs because they are inept in dealing with the garbage company contracted by them. What racial slur did I use? I think the real problem here is age discrimination I and others have felt living here.

I have lived in SouthLawn Lawrenceville Apartments since the end of May 2023. From the start until this very day, my happiness has been beyond met. The staff are such kind and truly caring individuals. Connie in the leasing office helped me find the perfect fit for me. She also patiently navigated me throughout the entire process. Everything is streamlined so it’s very easy for signings & payments. The property manager is extremely dedicated to the tenants and making them happy. Any one thing that arose, she was a text or call away with an answer and/or solution. They aren’t exaggerating when they say this apartment complex mimics “resort style living”! It’s only 5 years old. I have a one bedroom and it’s beautiful and perfect! Closets are huge! Stand up shower is huge as in 3xs the normal size!! Chef’s kitchen! Views amazing! Nightlife is a mix of everything and everyone of all ages! Dog park is so darn cool and includes water fountains for the dogs and they provide dog bags, scooper’s & cans to dispose in. It’s very clean and enjoyable sitting in there! The astroturfing area is hosed down and has drainage. Everyone I met is so warm and inviting. The dogs are so sweet, socialized & friendly. (My pup is getting used to all the activity going on outside with all the different pups and people. So, she barks a lot. She is starting to get better with it now, it’s a new training process is all). There’s also a dog washing building. Plus another open designated dog walking area. The whole community is literally spotless, no littered trash anywhere!! I moved from New Jersey after over 30 years. So, this was a big move for me. It’s the first time in my entire life I’d be living alone. Kids are in their mid 20’s and in their own homes. Obviously, safety was a concern for me. Southlawn takes this very seriously. Also, there are gates that have to be opened by you from call boxes. One for car to get in and one to access the buildings! We are provided a fob and gate sticker. (Just don’t lose either as there is a fee for replacements. First ones are free). you need it to access everything with the fob! Truthfully I’m far from alone as I have 400 & something people I live with. The police station is a block away! The amenities are beautiful ie; work stations, conference room, gym, game room with pool table & bar. 3 pools and rooftop pool is open all year long. The point is giving credit when it’s due! They deserve a great review because it’s truly earned. I 100% recommend Southlawn Lawrenceville Apartments!

I live in the building 2000 here, and there is a brunch restaurant in the adjacent building 1000. There are many customers visiting the place, and they occupy our building parking spots, too.So, I cannot find a parking space during its open hours. There is a gated parking lot in my building, so I asked the leasing office how to use it. They told me I need to buy $45 car windows decal for using it. I think it is not reasonable for residents to pay extra for parking solutions caused by external problems, so I declined. I love this apartment and its management team. They are very quick and know what to do. But, the parking is always headache here.

The units are nice but the management is terrible both my cars were broken into and they claim the reason they don’t have cameras in the parking lot or on the building is because it’s a public space. Which is insane because my car was parked right in the front of building 5000 near the door. They don’t care if people throw parties or are loud at all hours of the day and night at the pool, they’re continuing to raise the rent even though peoples cars are being stolen. I will say the guys that fix everything are solid dudes and will come quickly and fix any issues.Sound wise the walls are a little thin and the wall paint comes off super easily. And don’t get me started on the headache that is parking. If I’m paying 2k a month I shouldn’t have to walk from the opposite end of another building parking lot to go home. We should have dedicated parking spots. At this point people are parking in the handicap section because nobody wants to park so far away and I would park there too if I had the chance. The pool is nice and the clubhouses are clean nobody follows the two guest per household rule.

I visited this complex yesterday afternoon and was guided on an amazing and informative tour by Nat (Natalie)! The community is gorgeous, and both of the leasing agents that I got to speak with yesterday were so helpful and accommodating. I look forward to moving forward in the process of renting here, and am certain that it will be an amazing experience!

Nice tour of the property by Jasmine. Apartments are well-equipped with generous granite countertops and storage. Entry to parking lot and buildings are controlled access. Other amenities include several pools, exercise room, and meeting space. Very nice!UPDATE 10/04/22: I reduced my review to 2 stars! The buildings are nice and well-kept but, when checking out at the end of the lease, the staff needs to get their act together! I made an appointment with Kali and received and email confirmation for an in-person check out for noon on Sept 30th (I did not want to just leave the keys without the approval of the apartment being vacated in satisfactory condition). I made the trip out there only to find that she was not in the office! No email or phone call, no courtesy of notification or having someone work in her place. A trip out there for nothing! The complex uses a service called Conservice for billing. My final bill was posted but, since I had been closed out of their system (by somebody), I was no longer able to access the portal to pay the final bill. I called the office and spoke to Nat about payment. She told me to bring a cashier's check since I was no longer a resident. My husband went to the bank, spent 30 minutes waiting to get the check for $95. I brought it to the office the next morning. Nat tells me my balance is $167. I showed her the Conservice printout for $95 and she tells me I owe for 1 day's rent, October 1st! I believe this is a "money-maker" for the complex. If a tenant's rent is for the month, my term should end on the last day of the month, the day I made the appointment to check out! I asked Nat if I would be locked out of the resident portal since I was locked out of Conservice and she told me I was, and that they could not accept the cashier's check since it wasn't in the full amount. It would be considered a partial payment and they don't accept them. And, since tomorrow is the 5th of the month, she wasn't sure if I'd be paying Southlawn or Central Billing, their business office! The timing puts me at risk of a late payment fee at this point! So, another wasted trip there and a runaround that could be avoided if they'd simply give all of the information needed the first time! I was trying to PAY them, not avoid payment! I got home and, luckily, something told me to check the website - I was able to make payment via the site after all! These girls need to learn how to give correct information!
