I'm not coming back
I brought 2 machines to be fixed, they charged me almost 400 and when I went to use them they didn't work. To make matters worse, I took them back so they could check them and they told me that they are useless. They gave them to me disassembled, which is crazy. I brought them to fix them because they kept turning off and they returned them to me dismantled and supposedly useless and this is not the first to see that a few months before I had brought a concrete cutter and they did the same thing to me, I will not bring anything here again.

I try to support local but my first experience here and first experience at their new location wasn't great. They gave me the wrong part and I didn't realize till I got home. Had to drive back.
I was trying to troubleshoot my chainsaw. Asked if they had some basic diagnostics tools I could use real quick and was told I needed to leave it and pay $47 for the mechanic to look at it. The tools are less than that. It's the equivalent of borrowing an obd ii reader at an auto parts store. I'm going to buy the parts needed to fix my saw here. But now I'm just going to order the diagnostic tool and parts online.
I get that they don't owe me anything, but in a world where I can buy all the parts and tools online for cheaper and have them delivered to my doorstep,
The only thing sosebee has going for it is customer service and it's clear they dont even have that.
Save yourself the trip and just look up and order your own parts online.

The guys at Sosebees are great! They keep a good inventory and are pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. I had a question today that he didn't know the answer exactly, he called the tech for the product and got the answer. That's great customer service!Closed Saturday and Sunday for Fall/Winter '23-24

Took my pressure washer in for them to look at in February they told me I need a carburetor and gasket I got that done went to start it up it cuts off in 2mins.. took it back they said they will have to charge me again for it.. I think they did this before to someone else.. they are stealing people hard earn money I will never take anything else to them they don't care about their customer and tried to talk down to you.. never again.. please stay away.. i email the owner but haven't heard anything from him either.

STAY AWAY.... Supposed to had fixed my pressure washer charged me for it I go to use it for the first time it does the same thing works for about 2 mins. then stop.. I take it back to them they want me to pay them again...they don't care about their customers or people.. it took all of God for me not to go to jail.. I will never do business with them again... PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!
