This is the only smoke shop where I found reasonable prices with a lot of variety in delta products, Vapes, juices, tanks, mods, glass items! Hookahs There is something for everyone(+21 years) in here. A Must visit for people who are looking for collections at reasonably charged prices. 5 on 5 from me. Satisfied

BEWARE. Carts are not supposed to leak oil at the bottom! The Indian guy inside the store is lying to customers about the quality of their carts. If a cart is leaking that means it was not properly stored during shipping and it will surely stick. I don’t like the way he tried to make it seem as if it was our fault that their merchandise was faulty and then proceeded to charge my friend extra for an exchange that should have just been a simple switch out. When you are this money hungry to lie and cheat just to make a buck you won’t last long. Will no longer patronize and I urge future customers to open your box and check it before leaving the store because it’s like pulling teeth for them to be held responsible for their own product.

I’ve been coming here since this store first opened and have spent well over $1,000 in this establishment. On 7/30/23 I bought 3 carts. Once home I opened the boxes and two of them were leaking oil at the bottom. I returned first thing the next morning to exchange them out and was met with resistance and blame. The Indian guy proceeded to tell me that it’s normal for carts to leak which I’ve never experienced with products from any other smoke shop. He proceeded to switch out my carts but made me pay extra because he did not honor the buy 2 get 3rd 50% off sale. This entire ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. Losing out on a long term customer because you want to be cheap and condensing is not good business practice. You have lost my business.

8/8 was my first time coming into this smoke shop because my go to “Hotbox” was out of my flavor “Fume Peach Ice Extra” so I called Smoke shop at five forks before heading there & asked if they had it, he told me yes. I got there and purchased the vape but it was very harsh & burnt. So he gave me 2 vapes to try & they were both burnt & had no flavor. But I felt stuck because that’s the only flavor I smoke & he didn’t want to refund me. & I kept the last one hoping I can push through till hotbox restocked. But I couldn’t take it & came back on 8/9 & told him this vape is horrible & had no flavor. So he took my vape & went grabbed another one & the one he gave me was burnt with no flavor. He then told me theirs nothing else he can do for me because he didn’t want to continue opening them but why would you want to sell anyone a bad vape. He said I can take a look at other vapes. So that made it seem he’d be giving me one for free since the inconvenience of every vape I tried was burnt when I picked one he then said let me ring you up the vape I choose wasn’t even discounted. I decided to not buy it & leave but he also kept my old vape. While I was there 2 customers came in complaining that their vapes weren’t charging or pulling. Also another customer who was purchasing while I was there tried his vape before leaving and it wouldn’t pull. The middle eastern man proceeded to tell him to let it charge for a few mins to see if it works. Every vape works from the box. if it’s not pulling or working immediately from the box that means something is wrong with it & why is it okay to even let a customer leave with a vape that’s messed up. This place is definitely selling fakes I wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone. & if you actually need a good smoke shop. Go to hot box on Gwinnett drive or Smoke & toke on new hope rd. You won’t regret it. But this place is trash !
