I placed a order on line and when I contacted the store to get a update on the order after not receiving any notification for 4 1/2 hours after I placed the order. The male representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me after I asked would my order be ready by a certain time. Which was 6 or more hours after I placed the order. If my podiatrist didn’t suggest these particular Skechers to help a pinched nerve in my foot I would have definitely returned the shoes and went somewhere else but o was in too much pain after a steroid injection.

Very friendly and helpful employees. I was there on 7/23 at about 5-6 pm. I don’t know the 2 employee names that were on duty during that time. They should both be commended. It’s so rare these days to get good customer service. I will definitely return to buy more shoes when needed. Prices are good too.
