“I cannot thank the Soleplay Team enough for the exceptional customer service. Honestly the best service I’ve ever received in making any purchase, let alone a retail shoe purchase. It was absolutely seamless and they addressed my issue within minutes with no hesitation or pushback.
To the team and ownership, thank you so much for making this experience so effortless, as well as going above and beyond for a new customer and lifelong fan!”

The male representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He hung up the phone on me after I asked would my order be ready by a certain time. Which was 6 or more hours after I placed the order. If my podiatrist didn’t suggest these particular Skechers to help a pinched nerve in my foot I would have definitely returned the shoes and went somewhere else but o was in too much pain after a steroid injection.”

I had no idea how I was supposed to fit in them because they are quite different.
The young lady that started out helping me, asked her coworkers and manager to also assist her in assisting me.
They made sure to take care of other business as people came and went.
They were all super patient and very happy to help.
And I was happy to have the help. Especially from such lovely young women.”
“Annette was so helpful. I came in unsure what size or what I needed other than color. Annette quickly found options, they worked perfectly and I was on my way. In a world where customer service is nearly non-existent, Annette came through in a big way. Thank you so much!”

He helped us with sizes, charms and has excellent customer service and patience. He is very personable and a beautiful smile!I asked him if there was a survey to share my experience and unfortunately they do not have one. However, I felt compelled to share my review on Google so hopefully he will get the recognition he deserves!”

“Christmas rush. Everyone was attentive and nice. They helped with finding the right fit for my daughters platform skater vans and helped my husband with the Ugg boots he was interested in.All around, great shopping experience.”
“I was able to return a pair of shoes (manufacturers error ) and the manager was professional and glad to help me even though I had no receipt!! Only proof from my bank statement! Great service, you should promote this last because she has the skills !! African American lady in her ( 40’s) didn’t remember her name . I was there in 4/ 16/ 21 Friday :) sugar loaf mills location”
“Love DSW! You can find just about any pair of shoes from dress to casual shoes. Today I was there for a specific shoe and that's the New Balance walking/weekend/traveling shoe. I received my $10 birthday coupon so why not use it on the sneakers! The cost of those New Balance sneakers are $74.99. Not bad considering they're $80 on New Balance website. I also grabbed a pair of socks to wear w/loafers/mules/booties. I didn't realize you get 5 pair for $14.99. There are several colors/styles. The store is very clean well stocked. I hardly ever find empty stalls. I can say if you wear a 9 or larger those sizes are slim to none. So if you see that size is available I would suggest buy it. It won't be there tomorrow:) The associates are very nice . There are 6 registers and at least 4 cashiers are there to assist you. This DSW is located next door to Kirkland's and Sprouts. Conveniently located in the Webb Ginn shopping plaza's. If you're in the area, check out this DSW. I've been to several and this is one of my favorites. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be back for sandals”
“My experience was really good! I’d give it 5 stars but it’s a little TOO expensive.. but other than that the manager, and the staff was nice! Especially the employee there named Mel. She assisted me when I went to Zumiez at sugarloaf mills and helped me get the right size of pants! She was very helpful and the only thing I would really complain about is the prices. Loved it!”
“From the time I walked into champs at sugarloaf mills mall to the time I left Reginald W. Was extremely professional, attentive and helpful. Thank you Reginald for your assistance with my new Fit.”

65 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Lawrenceville“I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rainbow! I have at least 3 go-to's for shopping/retail theraphy and Rainbow is my #1. I live closes to this location, however, I also frequent the Sugarloaf Mill and Gwinnett Dr. locations in Lawrenceville, GA. I recently noticed the Sugarloaf Mill and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. locations seem to have in-store many of the new items I see online. I like going into a store to shop. Therefore, when I receive text messages and/or emails featuring new releases, I make my way to either of the locations I mentioned. This location is convenient, clean, very organized, the staff is friendly, they play excellent music (local radio) while you shop, which I like. The vibe is nice, the inventory is trendy. I am really feeling this Fall season's collection. I totally recommend Rainbow. I live on a pretty type budget, yet I am still able to ball!”

“OMG!!! I have been going to this rainbow for a while now.. I had some surgeries so hadn’t been able to make my way there in the last few months but what a big difference and turn around!!! It’s cleaner more organized and the now store manager was so helpful!! From greeting me when I walked in to helping me from start to finish…. Customer service just amazing…”
“Always a good range of sneakers to look at in person but usually need to order online due to stock. Customer service is hit or miss, depending on whose there at the time.”
“The little woman and I are going to Scotland and we expect to be walking about a lot. We thought, "maybe we should invest in some good walking shoes." Talking with nurses and photographers, I was informed that the best shoes for all day walking are "expensive athletic shoes" - aka sneakers. A friend of mine has a daughter who is a runner and she told me about Fleet Feet. So, we went to Downtown Lawrenceville (DTL) and popped in to see what was what.
We were warmly greeted by Stephanie who asked us some questions and then set about evaluating our feet and gait. It's all very high tech and in no time we were flipping through the results on a tablet seeing our exact measurements and shape and pressure points. Stephanie then brought us an assortment of sneakers in the right size (I didn't know my true size!) and also some orthopedic inserts. We narrowed down the options until we found ourselves wearing the most comfortable and supportive shoes I could have ever imagined.
I whispered to my wife, "There's no way we can afford these." But I was wrong. Two pairs of shoes, two inserts, and six pairs of socks and we were well within our budget. They weren't cheap, but I've paid more for dress shoes.
Stephanie was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. If you go there, ask for her. Tell her Brandon and Alisha sent you. She probably won't remember us, but it'll sound cool.
We are so excited for our trip and I'll post an update to let you know how well the shoes do.
I bought Brooks Glycerin 21 and she got Karhu Fusion 4.0.”
