First time going into this store location and it was bad. No one greets you nor anybody know anything about the products they sell. Went in to buy paint for fence and nobody knows any info, all they know is how to put in colors in a machine and how to mix them. Find employees with better knowledge and better customer service. Will not be going there no more

The consultants at the Grayson Ga store were very helpful in determining the right product. They even gave guidance on how to spray stain on my deck. Thank you!!!

Came here because I wanted to paint my master bath. The staff definitely know their stuff. If you go to The Home Depot or another place for paint/supplies, then stop. Go into Sherman-Williams and you'll be amazed at how much easier your home painting projects become. They keep records of exactly which paints you use, making touch-ups a breeze.

Wonderful experience! The staff are very professional and helped me choose the best paint and sheen for my household. They definitely adhere with the COVID guidelines and I feel that the store is ALWAYS clean! The associate that I worked with was Jamal. He was so awesome! He’s always friendly and very professional! Always greets customers with a smile. Thank you Jamal!
