I did not actually purchase anything, but was looking for a color match to a cove base for a jobsite in Michigan. The staff at Pike St. was amazing! They knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me a custom match formula and also the closest SW chip color that I could communicate to the contractors. These guys knocked it out of the park and didn't even make a penny in their location. Thank you!

The cost of Sherwin-Williams paint is more expensive than other brands available in the market but can be justified by the quality of the paint and the range of options available. I prefer a higher price for a quality product that lasts longer and provides better coverage. Last, Sherwin-Williams has excellent customer service. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful in guiding customers like myself to the right paint products for their projects. Overall, Sherwin-Williams paint is a high-quality, durable, and consistent option for professional and DIY use. I will never purchase paint anywhere else!

I came into the store clueless on what I needed to do to match my paint. The staff was extremely informative, friendly, and helpful. Especially, Michael he told me exactly what to do. I left the store feeling like a pro!

On February 21,2022 my husband went to this Sherwin & Williams store to get paint that we’d been getting for the last several weeks for a home project. After getting home to touch up ceiling realized he was given the wall paint rather than ceiling paint although label was named the name of the ceiling paint. After comparing labels we realized the formula was that of the wall paint and not the 50% lighter formula. My husband returns to the store on February 22,2022 to get the correct paint and had to completely purchase another gallon of the correct paint! Only a slight discount was given! We’ve used Sherwin & Williams, although not this particular store, for 26 years! This was unacceptable!

I had a terrible experience, it was last month during the Covid shutdown. I visited the store for white ceiling paint suggestions, I had to dial a # from outside the store & the rep was very nonchalant and borderline rude. Basically told me it would be better to go to Home Depot, but what's even worse is that I reached out to management & never even received a callback. I guess I'll take their advice and visit many of the other paint stores from now on. I will never attend another Sherwin Williams store again! Thanks for nothing....
