Employee was not helpful at all. I went in this afternoon looking for maternity scrubs. The employee had headphones in and looked annoyed that I was even asking her a question. I asked if they had maternity scrubs in the store. She told me yes and that they were on the back wall with the blue tags. So I go over to the back wall and there were probably 100 different looking scrubs, all which had some sort of blue color on the tag. I look around for a couple minutes and couldn't find anything that looks like maternity scrubs so I go back over and tell the employee that I don't see the maternity scrubs, hoping she would walk over and show me. Instead she just repeated they are on the back wall with the blue tags. Like how was that helpful lol. I couldn't find them the first time... repeating the same thing was not going to help me find them. So I just left without buying anything. All she had to do was walk 15 feet and physically point them out and I would have bought some but she didn't want too. On a positive note they had a nice selection of brands in there and the store was clean.

Very rude. I was at the register trying to purchase something and the older lady “Margaret” kept passing the register. I stood there and waited until I gave up. When I put the items back and someone else came, she immediately went to help them. Never once asked if I needed something or tried to help me. She kept passing me like I wasn’t there. Disappointed since I’ve been here before and recommended others to shop here.

Annette was so helpful. I came in unsure what size or what I needed other than color. Annette quickly found options, they worked perfectly and I was on my way. In a world where customer service is nearly non-existent, Annette came through in a big way. Thank you so much!

As a new grad RN who hasn’t worked in healthcare since 2019, I walked into this store without any idea what exactly I was looking for. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly who let me know about the sales they had going on. I showed her my shoes that I had just bought and told her how I wanted to find some scrubs that matched all of the specific colors of my shoes. She was eager to help me and we both picked out different styles, brands, sizes, and colors. While I was in the fitting room, my 5 month old started to get fussy because she is super spoiled and was mad that I wasn’t giving her my undivided attention. Kimberly heard her and offered to push her around the store in her stroller while I finished trying on my scrubs. Not only did she help with my babygirl, but I had gastric bypass back in 2020 and have lost over 100 pounds and she hyped me up about the fact that I looked great in a size XL, even though my mind is still comfortable with 2X to 3X. That definitely boosted my confidence. If that wasn’t good enough, Annette also made me feel super beautiful in the scrubs that I picked out. This is the type of customer service that I live for. Thank you Kimberly and Annette ! I appreciate this more than you realize. ?

Rude,My wife went into the Dunwoody location to repurchase her scrubs she's been wearing since she made her first purchase here she absolutely adored the staff here and decided to go back although the staff here was helpful as usual my wife came back to the car upset stated the rep helped her but the Lawrenceville location would not transfer her what my wife needed even after my wife heard that they had items available. I refuse too even drive to Lawrenceville and get it due to the lack of respect from the person on the phone a customer has been lost do to poor service.
