Went there to buy a few things on 2/20. There were two employees working. Only a few people in the store. When I was ready to purchase my items they were away from the registers. So I waited, one of them saw I was standing there and didn't say anything or come up to help. After about 4-5 minutes I just left. Not professional customer service.

Rude !!!!! This location refused to give me a refund until I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service , after speaking with customer service I was told go in the store to collect the refund, the manager at this location was pissed that she had to give me back my own money , I’m holding my hand out reaching for the money of course she throws it down on the counter for me to pick it up ! How rude and absolutely unprofessional is this , when I paid they took the money from my hands, now I requesting it back that pisses you off , not to mention all the mumbling under her breath and lip smacking which is absurd ! She does not represent Sally Beauty well at all , unless you wanna run of all of your customers someone needs to look into this mess and her attitude which is horrible ! You guys don’t even deserve the 1 star , it should be less than that !

Renée was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and patient to my friend and I. She spent more than 10 minutes to make sure we got the best deal available. Her customer service is off the charts and I will definitely be returning to this store. All of the associates working were very helpful as well.

It has to be that most of the employees here are underpaid or working for free. I mean it’s the only reason to explain the attitude you receive as a customer for merely picking up your items you placed online. I usually go here to pick up my items & This is the second time another girl Getting my order ready acted towards me like I’m getting my things for free lol. This was before 8 pm tonight. Negative vibes ruin your day man. What customer service is reduced to now is very sad; more so from the Millennials..

rave: the young lady you have in the mornings is amazing, she is so sweet and always helpful, I come in weekly for things for my salon and she’s always on top of everything, she’s got really long hair with the pretty colors in it, LOVE her! I come early now just to try and get her or the other girl with the purple in her hair in the afternoons if I can’t come in early.RANT: the other girl who was in today with the short curly hair and usually the afternoons I will not try to interact with anymore. I tried to ask her something twice today in the 20 minutes I was there earlier and was ignored both time as well as 2 other customers I saw try to get her attention, I don’t think she even knew I was there since she was on her cell phone the entire time in the back corner or hiding down isles with EarPods in. Every time she’s in i never can get help from her because of the cell phone or she’s just plain rude and short like I’m bothering her by breathing. Not a fan of that one, I usually get in and out when she’s working. 4 stars but only because of this girl, everyone else is usually wonderful!

I used to come here alot before, but I noticed the new people that have been working there are not very friendly including the black woman that works there has an attitude problem when you ask her questions about a product,and also doesn't have the knowledge on their products and she seems bothered to be bothered. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she has an attitude problem including the other new staff working there. The hiring manager obviously needs to retrain the people that work there or hire friendly and more welcoming staff like they had there before. I will be going to the other Sally's beauty supply that's closer to my house.

I just had an excellent experience at Sally's! I went in with my wife and we were looking for hair color as basically newbies. My mother having just passed away, we wanted to upgrade our tresses for the memorial service. I asked for help with my complex curly, gray, dry hair and I lucked into finding the most wonderful sales associate! Cabria took her time with me -- looking at my hair... assessing it, recommending products, and also offering condolences. I would return here and ask for Cabria in a hot second! Highly recommended!! Unfortunately the manager was gone for the day, but I'm hoping management knows the jewel they've got in this associate!

This location is very friendly but sometimes the stock and inventory where it should be. I hate traveling to more than one Sally’s for color because they don’t have enough stock.

I visited this store Tuesday morning, haven't been in any Sally's because most of them aren't helpful a d very Rude. This store had a African American young lady working that was very rude, not helpful,she didn't lead me to what I was lookn for she seemed bothered and I will never everrrrrr go there again. Her Demeanor was Awful and her attitude stanked!!!! She needs to be taken out of that store and maybe she need to work in the back???

Workers are not knowledgeable. If you go in here do not ask for their advice , they don’t know anything. That was my mistake. I asked for a recommendation of a warm brown hair dye and when the job was done , the color came out almost black !!! I’m so disappointed . Never coming here again

As a previous life long customer and previous employee of Sally’s i was very disappointed when i walked into the store and didn’t get a personal greeting or even eye contact. After walking the first isle i found items did not have sku’s or correct placement making it hard to shop for the items i needed. After the third row of being inside the store i was sorely dissatisfied with the condition of the store; handmade signs that were unprofessional saying to ask about pricing, however i could not tell the employees were actually working there they were dressed as if they were going on a picnic not coming to work. I will not be returning here and simply shopping online from now on to save myself the trouble of a unwelcoming shopping experience.
