Well I went into the store kind of late, although I was being a late shopper….. I was still given great service by the new lady whom name I did not get (apologies) but she was great and she encouraged me to by diamonds. Then after the great service from her, Mariah sealed the deal by researching the product that I was interested in and got me just what I wanted… I’m sooo happy!!

Visited this location 10 minutes prior to closing time. Staff was friendly and immediately assisted with my search for new gloves

no warm welcome when u walk in.. mangers just talking with each other acted like they didn't even see u... spanish music blasting , it was hot no ac on, customers is how business stay open not an enjoyable experience,,,,i just walked out

First time visiting this store I typically shop at whbm. The store was very clean and well organized. I was surprised to see so many sales racks. I went in looking for a cute pair of shoes. Found some about $70 bucks & $20 great pair of leggings. No one asked if I needed help though. The cashier was professional but kind of lacked personality.
